Here's the English translation of your experience: "I had booked a room for one night with a double bed, but when I arrived – in what was a complete mess, by the way – I found that I had been given two single beds instead. Besides that, the place was filthy, with poor customer service. The pool was extremely dirty with green algae, and there was mold everywhere in the room and bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling, leaks, and the property and corridors were poorly maintained and far from clean. I didn’t even have toilet paper or a towel in my room, which I expect as a minimum upon arrival. When I asked for these, they said the towels were still in the laundry and that I should buy my own toilet paper as they don’t provide it. Can you believe it? Buying my own toilet paper for a one-night stay?"

When i booked for dorm it didn’t state female/male dorm hence i thought it was mixed. But luckily they have separate dorm for male & female. The receptionist lounge has very funny smell. Discovery mall is 5min walk from this hostel which is very strategic. I walked during the night & still feel safe because there is a lot of shops there still open at night. I feel safe as a female traveller. Near convenience store like circle k, alfa mart etc. The cons is i stayed with people that staying there for long term hence the messiness is not being taken care of. Another cons they will make some noise like making calls & talking very loud even at night. Lack of common sense. Nevertheless, if i ever come to bali again i would still stay there but will bring my ear plug with me since the location is very convenient for me.

We couldn't check-in with this booking because the host was having a discrepancy with the hotel-chain brand OYO. Although he accepted cash booking but we still don't recommend it even if it's just for sleep because the room is truly no-maintained. Bed sank & stink, bathroom is rusty & dirty, no towel was provided. We were too tired to find another place as we arrived very late at night but we moved out as soon as we get up in the morning, without using the bathroom.

For the price it was not terrible but I think I could have found better for the same price Location was ok, but I booked a double bed and got two singles and I was told all other double beds had been booked? I kinda felt I had been given a back up room as the paint was coming off the walls and safe didn’t work The second night was light stopped working, and I seen two cock Roaches The floor looked like either had bearly been cleaned or it was very old I didn’t want to stay there the second night but they would not refund my booking so I had the choice to either suck it up or walk away and lose the booking

The hotel was not good at all. Swimming pool was not functional. Water in the tab was very smelly. Pillows were dirty. Sofa was also very dirty. Shower was broken. Highly unrecommended for foreigners even for locals. Ap thought stuff was very corporated

Cabin is suitable for solo backpackers, location is perfect to explore Kuta area. Near to the airport. Wifi is strong.

It's a good place but there was a water shortage

Location in center of Kuta night life, but no noise. Dorm room clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was green (not possible to use)

For me it was perfect. I'm happy with good price and location near beach

The hotel is located not far from the main attractions of the area. The shopkeepers and customers are very annoying. They are only there to sell you something

For pillows, towels, blankets and bathrooms, be sure to wash them first.

Warm welcome, very kind host, clean exterior! In terms of the rooms, a disaster, horrible mattress, dirty bathroom, the photos speak for themselves

Cleanliness was not their strong point. We slept with a blanket on the bed because the sheets were so shabby. We arrived at two in the morning from the airport and they gave us the first room they had available and then we realized that ours was superior to that one. We didn't say anything because we were only there for that night.
