Regarding parking, we’d like to clarify that our basement parking area can accommodate up to 80 cars. However, we understand that availability may vary depending on peak hours. As for the gym, we appreciate your input. Our gym is designed with glass walls to provide a scenic ocean view while working out. To maintain comfort, we have air conditioning in place, including a 5 PK standing AC and a 2.5 PK split AC. That said, we will certainly review the temperature settings to ensure a more pleasant workout experience for our guests. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly appreciate it. We hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable stay.

While our housekeeping team did not detect unpleasant smells during their inspection, we have reminded them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and freshness in all rooms. Regarding the signs of hotel aging, we are pleased to inform you that have recently completed renovations on two of our room types Deluxe Premier and Family Suite, which are now available for booking on our reservation platforms. We are also currently undergoing a phased renovation program to modernize another 2 room types, including the room you stayed in. We will constantly refine our maintenance checks and improve the overall condition of our hotel.
