Regarding the credit card payment, being located on a small island, our POS system indeed requires tap or contactless payment methods, which may differ from what is common in other countries. We fully understand how this situation may have caused stress, especially as you were on a tight schedule to catch the boat. Please know that it was never our intention to make you feel rushed or uncomfortable, our staff was simply trying to ensure that payments were settled, as required. Nonetheless, we truly regret how this was handled and how it made you feel. Being located on a tropical island and surrounded by lush gardens, there is always possibility of encountering mosquitoes, especially on the balcony or if doors are left open. To ensure our guest's comfort, we provide mosquito nets for both the sofa lounge and the bed, and mosquitoes spray is available in all of our rooms. Our team takes great care in looking after all our guests to ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Regarding breakfast, our a la carte style is designed to offer privacy and personalized choice for everyone. We also understand that pricing can be sensitive topic and may feel different for each guest, depending on expectations and experiences. We hope that you enjoyed the rest of your time in Bali.
