We arrived at this hotel at night. It is located in the center of Nusa Dua (great location near to the watersport). However, the room that they gave us was very old. They should have repainted and renovated the room. The wall was moldy, and there's a strange smell in the room. The hotel has a private beach, and the pool is not bad. For breakfast, they should provide more options.

We go in group tour with 9 rooms and everyone loves this hotel. The customer service is good with clear explanation and the view of hotel is good including pool, restaurant, and especially it’s a nice place to see sunrise ❣️

The hotel is in expensive area. Yet we get very good price for this hotel. The swimming pool is really big. Breakfast also good. Just the beach is not that besutiful. Overall i am satisfied with my stay

Overall, everything is good. Fast check-in. The welcome drink is delicious, they brought us a lime one. Good breakfast - buffet. The only thing I would like to see on the beach is more sun loungers.

I arrived at the hotel after a long flight without knowing it, 270,000Rp for a taxi. You can travel cheaper in Bali using an app. We really liked the hotel, breakfast and other dishes were very tasty. Pool very quiet, beach wasn't that clean because of sea grass but later the beach was great, small but quiet. I can recommend the hotel if you like relaxation and peace. There are very good restaurants near the hotel with something for everyone. I would visit the hotel again at some point. Very friendly staff and pleasant to stay in.

I am giving the hotel a low rating due to cleanliness issues: 1. The toilet was very dirty. 2. The towels were not clean. 3. While cleaning the room, there were basic things missing or not replaced properly. I have attached some photos as proof. I did not expect such a condition in a hotel with this location. It would be better if they paid more attention to cleanliness. Thank you.
