Family trip with my wife and my 2years old son.
When we arrived it was already passed 10pm
The hotel site is really large. We have to walk 5 min in the dark and slippery way with our luggage.
The room and pool should be more clean.
The staff were nice and the location is good but I don’t know if I stay next time.

We had the pool Vila, it is quite a long walk with a lot of slopes and stairs from the reception. The area at the private pool could use some maintenance. The location is very good. The people are friendly

It was a beautiful place and the staff was polite and excellent. Is a huge setup so the service sometimes is not that fast. Like a requested for a bottle of water and it took forever. May be because of the language. Dinner ordered was served on time and it was delicious.

Extremely clean resort
Right in the centre if ubud yet so so instagrammable
Took the villa with private pool but the water in the pool was cold and.we went in june. Also, lots of wildlife like lizards geckos even tokay around.
3rd night we had a tokay in our room and they are known tobe aggressive and they bite. The next 2nights we could not sleep well in the fear

Very nice environment with garden and pool. Garden is huge with a river in the middle . Room is clean and spacious.
