The villa is very clean just abit old and run down. There was also knocking sound and can hear ppl talking next door. Other than that, the experience was good. Breakfast was good too. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and they all spoke very good English. There are nice restaurants within 10mins walk.

Fantastic service. Good private swimming pool and jacuzzi to chill. Amazing Google Smart Control helps to create the extra ambience inside the bedroom for couples. Very nice by the hotel to add the extra touch on our anniversary.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their service attitude was excellent, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!

We recently stayed for two nights at Berry Amour Romantic Villas in Bali for our honeymoon, and the experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly pampered. A personalized welcome video, thoughtfully displayed on our room’s TV, greeted us upon arrival, setting the tone for the romantic and attentive service we received throughout our stay. The villa itself was a dream—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private pool. The romantic decor and serene ambiance made it the perfect retreat for couples. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying floating breakfasts in our private pool for two days. The presentation was stunning, and the food was fresh and delicious—a delightful way to start each morning. We also indulged in a hot stone couple’s massage at the villa, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were skilled, and the experience left us feeling completely refreshed. The staff were attentive, warm, and always eager to make our stay as special as possible. The peaceful location provided an ideal escape while still being conveniently close to Seminyak’s attractions. Berry Amour Romantic Villas truly exceeded our expectations. All the villas are pretty much identical, ideal for couples. The location is near the centre of Seminyak, close to many restaurants and beach clubs. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever request you may have. While there's no restaurant onsite, breakfast is served in the room and there are a lot of options available.

Everything is fantastic for the room for the staff that attend to us, friendly and welcoming. I would really rate 100 if on the checkout day I didn’t went to the Spa. Really having a bad experience with the therapist who done my spa massage. I paid for 600k which is about the same price in my country I thought I will be enjoying and relaxing especially in Bali. But during the massage the therapist keep busying with her phone replying messages cuz I can feel the vibration while she typing she put her phone on the bed. So every time she too focus on her phone she will just stop for a few seconds and continue after, so i have to wait for her instead. Also i feel the therapist didn't being well train cuz she like just any how massage and unprofessional.

Best place to spend time with your loved ones in Bali. I been to five different locations and this was the best one of all. Please don’t waste your time and book a different hotel and come here. The staff are beyond kind and nice and the service is awesome and the location is close to everything you look for. Please don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Worth the money！！All their staff very helpful and polite，will greet with you every time they see you. Hotel breakfast is ala crate instead of buffet style，so u can enjoy hot and fresh made breakfast every morning
