The shower didn’t work because there was mold on it. After reporting it, it was fixed, but it still wasn’t very clean. At first glance, it looks clean, but if you look closer, there’s mold and poor finishing all over the bathroom. The free breakfast is a heated microwave wrap that’s very greasy and not tasty. The coffee is okay. The pool is small and doesn’t have a pleasant atmosphere.Beds are comfortabel

Its a very clean and good for the money hotel, looking at other hotels in the area I would confidently say this the most bang for your buck hotel. It feels like a 4 star at the cost of a 3 star.

The Hotel is very nice and clearly modern. It should not say 4* because the service is not great and the breakfast is very small and not very good The staff where not very helpful and did not change the bedding once when we stayed there for 7 days The shuttle service to the beach was good when he decided to show up. Altogether would say it’s not bad value but definitely not close to a 4 star hotel

the hotel is in a picturesque place, but the rooms are not very clean. and in this hotel you should keep an eye on your things and it is better not to leave valuables in the room.

I think this hotel deserves only 3 stars. It doesn’t offer many amenities. The bathroom has a bad smell, and the air conditioner is very dirty, as if it has never been cleaned, with visible black mold stains. The pillows are hard, and the room is not soundproof at all. Noise from people walking and talking outside constantly disturbs the stay. Overall, it’s not worth the price.

The place was good the views from the hotel is amazing but unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing and would not recommend if you enjoy breakfast buffet at a hotel

I really don’t recommend staying here. The B2 was a let down on all fronts. One of the most uncomfortable sleeps in all our Asian travels. Paper thin walls- hear everything next door. Shower door slamming, water tap being turned on, talking….Not only was the bed rock hard, but the pillows were so terrible! So big and hard. My brother and I jokingly referred to them as the “neck breakers”. Our bodies were hurting every morning. Asked the front desk for a different option for pillow, but “no have ma’am”. Settled on an extra comforter to use as a pillow, but opted out when we realized he gave us a used dirty stained comforter. Also no fitted sheets, just a small sheet covering the old brown mattress. Felt really gross. Mold all over shower. The front desk staff was not too accommodating. No pool towels (I was told to use my shower towel). NO shuttle to the main road. (Every other jungle hotel at this price range offers free shuttle) it’s about a 15 min walk to Ao Nang Rd. The gym is horrendous. Absolutely REEKS of mold. (close at 9pm) No room for more than 2 people at a time, and all equipment is very old and rusty. Make sure not to scrape your skin and get tetanus! Whatever you do don’t pay any extra for “breakfast”! It’s a soggy wrap and coffee. None of the wraps even had egg in them?? How is a panang or green curry wrap breakfast? Pool gets no sunshine. Overall BAD. Don’t be fooled by the nice exterior of the building.

All staff are friendly and very helpful, The room is ok , The view from the mountain view room is Fantastic! , But if you book room with pool access you might get disturbed by guests

Nice hotel but the facility kinda old and broken

Room needs contraction especially new painting. Walls was very dirty. Garden and pool are were very nice and relaxing. Staff was nice. Unfortunately breakfast is not a breakfast. You need to choose a drink (coffee or milk) and a something like a sandwich.

I wish there was a zero star option!!! This has been the worst hotel. We are traveling with a 1 year old. We get to the hotel and no one helps us with the luggage. They make a mistake with our rooms. I tell the reception we need a room with 1 big bed and he tells us to put the beds together ourselves. They did not give us an extra pillow or water when we asked, even when we explained we need more water to make baby's milk. The shower is horrible!!! It trickles and the hot water keeps going off. The bed is worst!!! I could not sleep. My back hurts from the springs poking me. There is no restaurant. When making my booking i paid for breakfast. I was utterly shocked when we got a tiny 15cm wrap with a small coffee. They do not give you an iron. To make matters worst on the 2nd I found worms all over my bath sponge and then realized there's worms all over the shower floor. The pictures are extremely misleading. I made several complaints to Trip.com but they say the hotel does not want to refund.

1. Based from the amenities included, it says slippers for the room are included. However upon arriving they said slippers are not provided. 2. Pillows in the rook are old. Its deflated. 3. Location its very secluded but near from the tourist spot. However, there are some more options of hotel if you wish to have near location. 4. They offer motorcycle and shuttle from/airport 5. Its near mountain so expect a lot of mosquito.

This hotel could be amazing, problems I found was the hotel staff really can’t speak much English at all which for me makes small things hard work. They seem to be loads of reception staff but not much being done ( in their spare time I’d suggest learning English on a free app or online) We checked in and the bedding and bathroom walls looks very unclean so we requested the sheets to be changed while we were in the room and a clean the areas in question (I marked the bedding with a eyeliner) they did come up and do it but used the same bed sheets that I’d marked so it was a pretty useless. Pool area was dirty so I asked for it to be cleaned and the said no no it’s cleaned with chemicals which I can tell it was by the smell of chlorine but I meant clean all the algae from around the pool so the next day I asked for a pool cleaner or a cloth to which they did not understand even with using a translate app, the reply was use towel and bring back so I did. (See pics) We seemed to have ants in our room but couldn’t work out where from. The hotel itself could be so nice but I feel the staff have no clue about what they are doing. Walk to main ***** is about 20-30 mins but a good walk / roads seemed safe enough to me.
