A nice hotel. The furniture is a bit old but the bed is awesome with shiny white bed linen, good amenities, clean and tasty breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy. The pool access from the room was awesome. Thongs were provided but not very comfy to wear. The room was not sparkling new as advertised, a bit disappointed so didn't stay in the room too much at all.

Everything was good. Something happen, we didnt managed to get the room we want, but the hotel staff was professional enough to handle the situation. The manager did his best trying to accommodate and compensate our lost. Thank you.
Just a reminder, to those who want to book a suite, do indicate in ur booking. We assumed that all suite was pool side shown in the description photo, but ended up the room was on level 3. There are only 1 suite room per level, so please do not misled by the photos.
The hotel was good, and we will come back again.

So good,rooms are very comfortable with everything you would need.
We stayed in deluxe pool room very roomy with comfortable bed, food and staff were top notch ❤️

Two nights (suites). Many activities, foods and shops around. 100 meters to the beach. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean room.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Ossotel, as a single female traveller I felt safe, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is super comfortable. Great service, very friendly and caring staff , the food was awesome. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the Ossotel 💖💖
