The Fame Hotel Sunset Road, Kuta is a budget hotel that offers very little except for its relatively low price. While the location is on the famed Sunset Road in Kuta, it isn’t the same as before the pandemic - many happening shops and outlets along the road are now closed. While you can still easily find eateries within walking distance, the beach is approximately 2km away and you’re really not that close to where all the action is. The room itself is small and the layout isn’t great - there’s no wardrobe or closet - just a bar for you to hang clothes. The bathroom has a dispenser unit for a two-in-one body and hair shampoo and while I was there, the housekeeping staff did not bother checking to refill it as I duly ran out of it on my last night. Breakfast was poor both in selection and taste and I know that’s kind of to be expected at this price point, but I’ve been to better budget hotels before that serve acceptable breakfasts for around the same price. Overall, it’s not a horrible experience - but having stayed my fair share of budget hotels, this one just wasn’t great.

I got the perfect room for my 4 nights stay. It was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Really like it. The location was near to all restaurants and some beach clubs around Seminyak. I will definitely come back. Thanks also to their Manager Argainne for taking care of me and made sure that I arrived safe and comfy in the hotel since I arrived at 2 am. She’s really helpful. Thanks a lot to all the friendly and attentive staff. Their service is superb. Keep it up guys . Solo traveler here from Philippines 🇵🇭.

Prana Sanur Beach Bali - A 5-star hotel whose 5 stars are barely batting an eyelid. The sumptuousness of this hotel is still preserved in the lobby area and around the hotel, through the beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Otherwise the rooms are in need of a capital renovation, especially the bathrooms and interior hallways. Through the central air conditioning circuit there is a damp/musty smell which someone had the 'genius' idea of masking with a Glade stuck to the ventilation grille. The beach leaves a lot to be desired, lots of unclean seaweed and rubbish. The pools give the impression of a public swimming pool. The mid-breakfast not only includes Balinese coffee, an espresso is charged separately, 25K++. Absurd, again you can see the lack of five star concept. This is a hotel where especially on weekends a lot of co-nationals come, which at this level maxes out at 3*+.

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, with a lot of variety food choices. Clean pool, though a little dated. Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved, there are stains in the bathrooms and shower floors. That’s a turn off. Staff members are very kind and personable. They provide towels for swimming, and adaptors for phones if you don’t have. They’re overall prepared to host guests from around the world. If definitely recommend this place and my family and I will return.

I had a great stay here . Quite old hotel but still not too bad . Fully air conditioned which was quite good during hot weather .Besides there were some leakage on the corridor and I felt that the toilet bowl was too small for me . Near to beachwalk mall and free flow coffee tea all the day long. Great selections for the breakfast but just sweating while eating . Thks for preparing a slice of birthday cake for my mum . 🙏🏼

Nice stay. The room (junior suite) is spacious, the breakfast was fantastic. They served good and varieties food and hot fresh milk. Only some cold bacon already rotten and they were apologise for it. Bathroom was quite slippery so be careful for the elderly. There is also an alley shortcut to the mall which is a convenience. The pool is amazing. Nice stay. Recommended.

Harris Hotel really made my day. They approved my request by telling them to make our room special for my husband birthday and anniversary, and they made cute cake with a note to surprise my husband! The hotel was more than fine for the price I paid, which was under IDR 300K Cons: The aircon ran warm, and did not seem adjustable. Some of the bathroom fixtures were quirky, eg... Shower switch is hard to pull and engage, - so had to pull and hold it first, then turn on the water The shower water gets all over the floor - because it floods the top layer of the bathtub, - then overflows onto the floor - since there is no lip to prevent the water from flowing over. Have to manually turn the toilet flush handle back down after flushing, otherwise it runs on Light bulb is dim in the washroom Wifi was slow loading pages, and I had to set youtube to low resolution to watch videos Pros: Clean sheets, pillowcases and towels Professional staff I would come here again for the price point
