This hotel is amazingly nice and clean. Rooms Are big. The location is very accessible to shops and eateries. The staff are pleasant and nice.

Room is next to the steam pool, location wise is in the middle of banff downtown can be easily located , parking is free, room is ok for couple. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided they charge for that. Breakfast is included basic eggs, sausage and ham. Price is ok if you dont want to spend too much .

It was nice. Very luxurious place. All staffs are friendly and nice.

Banff Aspen Lodge provided me with a great hotel experience as part of my memorable trip to the Rockies. Staff were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s general ambiance was warm and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Banff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. Loved the room with large space easy to go to downtown from the hotel and staff was very nice.

The hotel's location and environment are excellent, and the hot pool is highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and will personally call to inquire about the room status after arriving at the room. After mentioning the health issues to the staff, they will actively deal with them. In terms of hygiene, it is more like an ordinary hotel. There are hair and dust in the space next to the bed. There were two used towels on the table in the room.

The area was near the center of town and there was a supermarket nearby, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the lighting in the sink was milky white, which made it easy to apply makeup. The hot water jacuzzi on the first floor had the perfect temperature, and you could go straight into the steam sauna after getting out, which was a nice change of pace. Although I didn't use it this time, there is a cafe next to the lobby that seems to be famous. There are no slippers in the rooms, so it's convenient to bring beach sandals or something similar. One disappointment was that the breakfast, although reviews said it was good, was a simple menu with no salad or soup.
