Samesun Banff
"I’m happy with the stay. Very good place"
Bow View Lodge
"good view, i love it. The room is big enough, staff are very friendly. Recommended"
Banff Aspen Lodge
"The hotel was great , the room was big, staff was friendly, breakfast was good but everyday the same. Overall my experience was fantastic, i would stay there again. My only complaint was parking. I chose this hotel because parking was included , but spaces are very limited 2 out 4 nights i had to park on the street and wake up very early to move the car."
Brewster Mountain Lodge
"Pretty noisy when someone upstairs flush toilet"
Douglas Fir Resort & Chalets
"The room is spacious and has kitchenware, so you can cook. It's a great experience"
Banff Park Lodge
"Great hotel ! I have Stated here many times over the years! Furthermore the owners have made great improvement in the recent renovation. Good location but poor management (that’s why I have given it a low experience rating) Hotel bar has been closed for a while but not advertised when booking! This is a ski resort and we traveled as a large group (4 rooms) with mixed age group inc teens and kids so a hotel bar is critical for us! The fact that the main bar was closed and no apré ski drinks in the bar should have been advertised. Frankly I’m on holiday and without an operational / open bar I would have booked elsewhere! I was only informed via email after the free cancellation period was up which meant I loose money if I cancel and more so will be challenged to find elsewhere! I only found out after a email from hotel a few weeks before checking! When I challenged management via email, I was informed the bar area was moved to the restaurant, I said this is not acceptable and bar closure should have been advertised on booking … was told the above, and a sorry and subsequently ignored thereafter ! Not ideal as the restaurant is not a bar - more so it was pretty weird having drinks upstairs and more so when a few folk start to come up for dinner or the restaurant starts to set up for dinner buffet. Management did offer some of my party a credit, but not me and just ignored my concern.Shame really! I don’t want to take the good positive vide away from the hotel so would like to big up 1) reception staff- always great with a smile 2) house keeping - great job 3) restaurant staff - friendly and smiley (even though difficult trying to manage a so called bar and restaurant) in the same place 4) amazing refurbed pool"

The Kenrick Hotel
"Very good, but the location is a little far"
Tunnel Mountain Resort
"I love how clean they are doing every single day. Love it"
Moxy Banff
"Staff went above and beyond during our stay. Hotel had a unique and cozy vibe, would definitely recommend staying at Moxy in Banff"
Fairmont Banff Springs
"Great service"
Canalta Lodge
"This hotel is located at the far end of Banff Avenue, about a 20-minute walk from downtown. There are two parking options: you can choose to pay for parking in their lot, or use the free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the sink was a bit clogged, so the drainage wasn't very smooth. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay."
Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
"The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car."
Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection
"I regret the price. It’s not as good as Fairmont. I asked for a view room but it didn’t have a view. I’ll stay at Fairmont in the future."
Royal Canadian Lodge
"Spacious and clean, quiet area away from the busiest street"
Elk + Avenue Hotel
"Very convenient location, nice and spacious room, nice restaurant and cafe on main floor and good service."
Hotel Canoe & Suites
"We spent 4 nights recently at Hotel Cano and Suites, which is located at the end of Banff avenue (easy to go to the center of the city, by foot if you preferred to exercise, or by transit bus which free tickets will be provided). Our ‘suite’ king size bed with a view room is spacious and do comes with very nice mountain view. It’s clean and has comfortable bed. Services and amenities provided were very good too. The improvement that should be done is on the air conditioner system, which only works on ‘auto’ mode and generates too much noise (the air/wind produced were too strong as well) when it’s in operation."
Otter Hotel
"Attractive and super clean room which was noisy at first but the hotel sorted it quickly, we really liked the space, the spa and the location was fine for us. Al good! Our only issue was that the service was a bit light on, but it didnt really bother us. We enjoyed our stay."
Fox Hotel and Suites
"We had a fantastic stay at the Fox Hotel and Suites. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfectly equipped for a cozy mountain getaway. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful—surrounded by the stunning scenery of Banff. What made our stay even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is unique and charming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff, and we will definitely return! 5/5 stars!"
