Otter Hotel
"Love it, very new and modern hotel. The hot tub was amazing during the winter. Hotel offer free Town bus shuttle voucher for guest. Quick bite easily available, A&W and convenient store is just across the street."
Banff Park Lodge
"Banff Park Lodge is at a central location, closed to the shopping and dinning area. The room is spacious, with a small kitchen area, equipped with a microwave oven"
Samesun Banff
"The location is really nice, only 8 min could arrive Banff town centre. The breakfast is ok, only have bread, juice, pan cake. However, u could make friends easily."
Banff Aspen Lodge
"Room is clean and has updated amenities. Dogs also enjoy their stay."
Peaks Hotel and Suites
"Everything was pretty decent except parking fees. The hotel should not be charging 18 cad per night. The room is already very expensive and hence parking should be accompanied accordingly."
Hotel Canoe & Suites
"Great room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The balcony offers a stunning mountain vista that feels incredibly open and airy. Bonus: the hot pool is included with the stay!👍"
Tunnel Mountain Resort
"Nice front desk staff"
Fox Hotel and Suites
"We did a little staycation in Banff from Calgary and overall had a great time. The cave pool was a big hit, but just a heads up that it’s not really a “swimming pool.” It’s more like a large cave-style hot tub. It’s shallow, and the water is fairly hot, so the kids couldn’t really swim or put their faces under the water. The cave setup is very cool though, and the adults really enjoyed it for relaxing. The dry sauna was also great. We stayed in a suite with two double beds, plus a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette. We were happy with the layout. The suite was clean, but it is definitely dated. One downside was the TVs. I know you don’t go to Banff to sit and watch TV, but it would be nice if they updated to smart TVs. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest bringing a Fire Stick or Chromecast. Even an HDMI cable to connect a laptop would work, but make sure you download movies ahead of time because the Wi-Fi in our area was pretty spotty and the kids kept losing connection. The front desk staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made parking easy, provided bus passes, and explained local info without us having to ask a bunch of questions. We’d stay here again, and next time we’ll definitely bring something for the TV so we can do an easy movie night after a busy day."
Fairmont Banff Springs
"I think it is a good experience to stay in a castle. 😊 Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. But, the room is considered small and one king size bed is smaller than other 5-star hotels in downtown. As the room price is not cheap, i would recommend to try for one night stay to experience it."

"New hotel, relax in swimming pool, room is relatively small"
Charltons Banff
"Great location with ski shuttles and bus station around. They have ski locker/house to store skis !!!"
Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
"Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Love the ambiance with the log cabin features. Close to eateries. Fair work to downtown shops but problem solved they gave us a 3 day bus pass. "
Banff Inn
"Nice hotel. Have to say though, when you open the door to your room, a bathtub, not in the bathroom should not be the 1st thing you see. People we interacted with were not the most friendly. Like ...ok what do you need. Also, not having a resturant where you could get coffee or breakfast was a bit of a pain. They did have a coffee pot in the room, but hey I always go to hotel rooms for my coffee"
The Kenrick Hotel
"Hotel staff had such a welcoming vibe absolutely lovely and helpful with the odd tips , beautifully comfortable room with amazing little touches, perfect stay we wish we were staying longer! Had all the amenities you would need if not just ask staff they were so very helpful and eager to solve!"
Irwin's Mountain Inn
"As I arrived at there late evening after 10pm, parking lot is full, the staff are helpful to find an alternative parking space. Good location except less parking lot"
Canalta Lodge
"A very nice place to stay with a decent breakfast"
Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection
"The experience is very bad. The hotel facilities are relatively old and the price is about 500-700. For a room price of more than 2,000, everything is charged, which is not friendly to Chinese people."
The Hidden Ridge Resort
"Washroom and kitchen were a bit run down. Clean rooms and great service. Overall pretty good."
Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge
"The lodge is strategically located. The free vending machine is a plus especially during cold weather. I just hope slippers can be provided. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay."
The Dorothy Motel
"A slightly elevated motel experience. The hotel you check into makes you regret not staying there as it’s lovely but the Dorothy delivered against expectations"
Elk + Avenue Hotel
"Excellent location"
Royal Canadian Lodge
"The RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night"
