The front desk employee was super helpful and explained our ROAM passes and the other amenities perfectly. Loved that Rocky Mountain Soap Co was in all the bathrooms, too! All in all, a great experience for a great price and I would highly recommend it. "

"We brought 2 dogs as this resort is pet friendly and we planned a dog trip specifically for the pups. The “special take home toy” listed on the website is a basket of COMMUNAL toys (dollarama ropes) to play in the room/at the resort. The special treats looked to be “milk bones”. As expected the “pet” room was worn, there were some issues that the resort was able to sort out. The smoke from the until downstairs was really bad and seeped into the room one of the nights. The area in the back was a very nice walk. Free bus passes but dogs aren’t allowed on buses This area is really nice for family camping vibes, maybe not so much as a dog trip."

The only issue was that the pavements were being renewed leading g towards the hotel, so getting the suitcases there from the bus terwas difficult.
