The location is good, just in the center of Banff, it is convenient to go shopping in the center of the hotel by car. On the night of check-in, I found a sandwich left by a previous guest in the refrigerator of the room, so the front desk decided to upgrade the room with a limited view on the upper floor. The next day, I walked out of the balcony in the severe cold, and the mountain views on the left and right were overwhelmed. The concierge brother at the front desk was helpful, and let us roll up our sleeves and drive to the scenic spots by ourselves under the ice and snow (the scenic spots all have free parking lots, but it’s our first time here and the snow was too heavy two days ago and I felt uneasy). Another thing that deducts points is that when we checked in, we stated that we required daily cleaning, but we didn't do it on the first day (make it up at 8 pm). Overall, this hotel can be considered for occupancy.
