I expect the hotel to be in better shape based on what I read in the review. For me it is overating in the review regarding the environment of the hotel as it is not as great as its review and rating. Pros, the bed is extremely comfortable 5/5, the view on the room facing the city is fantastic! Cons, both of my room the window blind doesn't work and tears? The room was small and the room sound proof was bad especially in the room facing the city, The room with no view is fine. Service is not great as a review but acceptable based on the price. Toilet shower heat is not regulated but acceptable based on the price. Only one wall robe instead of 2 as book..not a problem as we don't use it. The distance to the nearby station is not very near but maybe a problem to old people as the walkway has a lot of bumps and is not friendly to walking with luggage.

Never clean the room ,only tidy up . Same stained bedsheets for the whole 3 nights stay.

Good location, very convenience to access to public transportation such as MRT, BTS and Bus. Room is small but clean and soft bed which equipped with smart TV. The only disappointed point is the room is not sound proof.

The hotel is in an excellent location since it is close to both MRT and BTS stations. There is a 7/11 convenience store and a grocery store (Foodland) that operate 24 hours a day. Both the front desk and cleaning staff are helpful and efficient. One downside of the hotel is that the walls are somewhat thin, leading to occasional noise from neighboring rooms. However, this is fairly infrequent, and I had a great stay.

Nice and comfy room and bed. Very close to BTS Asoke and Benchakitti Park. Convenient at 7-Eleven and Street venders available for all your 24 hour snacks .

Always the first hotel I thinking of when I travel to Bangkok. Good location, friendly staffs and clean room.

Perfect location! Just walking from bts/mrt! The room is tiny but fully equipped. Full-set of amenities. Love it! There is a complimentary coffee/tea at the lobby for 24 hours!

Jono is a new hotel located in a quiet alley near Asok BTS / Terminal 21. It's convenient to go around Bangkok area. Also, the facility and service are excellent for a comfortable stay. Strongly recommend this hotel to the travellers who are looking for a value-for-money option in the heart of Bangkok.

The hotel staff was really nice and friendly. But the shower temperature not stable, and the toilet sprinkler can not use.

Located close to Sukhomvit metro and Asok sky train stations, so convenient to get from/to the airport or to main tourist attractions. Offers complimentary water, tea/coffee, snacks 24hours. Rooms are not big, but so is the room charge for area for 2022 year opened hotel, but that is ok for a short stay or when you look for the bed to sleep mostly. When I arrived to my room, I noticed the bed linen had stains n looked doubtful, so I asked house keeping and they changed it right away. The rest was ok in the room. The bed was big and comfortable. Foodland supermarket located nearby certainly has what you may need, but the price is for tourists definitely - nuts, wine cost higher than in US and fruits are more expensive than they usually cost in Thailand. If you go further along the same side of the street, there is Pronto cafe where we enjoyed Thai food at reasonable price several times and all we tried was tasty - highly recommend. (beyond comparison with Thai cafe Esaan Nation on the main street next to Exchange tower - tastes strange and bad service - I requested to pack to go the remaining steamed seabass and they threw it away in stead offering 10% discount on the bill which is lower than the cost of seabass remained). Grun cafe on the other side of the street has tasty pastry. And there is local food market behind. They do good foot massage at S18 saloon on the next, quiet street behind the Exchange tower before Lexus car shop. Was good for my stay - good value for the price.
