The hotel location is excellent. Staffs are friendly. But quite disappointed that the gym n rooftop bar are under renovation.

Nice location a few minutes walk to central world (100-200 meter) and platinum fashion mall is also locate at the hotel just take the elevator down if you plan to go shopping here in Bangkok this hotel might be for you to check it out

I’ve been always staying in this hotel every time I visit Bangkok, be it solo, girlfriends trip or family trip. Very strategic location for shopping and dining. Breakfast buffet is good too, and is kids friendly.

My stay at Novotel Pratunam was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location is unbeatable — right above the Platinum Mall and only minutes away from CentralWorld and other shopping spots. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always smiling, ready to help at any time. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing city view and all the amenities I could ask for.
Breakfast was another highlight — such a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that truly made every morning enjoyable. The rooftop pool and bar were also fantastic places to relax after a day of shopping.
I’ve stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, but Novotel Pratunam stands out for its consistent quality, excellent service, and genuine Thai hospitality.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip! 🌟

It's very, very good.I love it.My family really enjoyed it.Because you will just go down.And then you're at the pratunam already all of my relatives really appreciate it.And next time you will still book here and bring some more friends.Be like the weather as well even though it's raining.It's still okay.And the hotel stock are very nice.They assess us, especially, we have older people.They assist us going up the room.It's very clean.They provide a stowell whenever we ask and water.Everything is good more power to you.

Was an amazing stay and , the staff at the front desk name : dream. His is amazing friendly and nice. Btw they are going green. Can ask for what you need at front desk before heading to your room .

Hotel location is very good. There is an escalator linked from hotel lobby to platinium mall and can walk the link bridge to central world / big C. Many massage shops opposite hotel as well.
Reception very welcoming and friendly.
Appreciate the free upgrade.
Do note that the gym or pool as they are upgrading and close till 31 Dec 2025.
