The hotel offers good value for money. The pool is beautiful, but breakfast is just so-so. Its city-center location is very convenient, with various restaurants and bars downstairs. There's also a lovely garden that looks great at night.

The room was very clean and well laid out. Everything felt brand new. The breakfast was quite substantial, especially for an international hotel, and there's a nice row of restaurants just out the back door. The pool water temperature was incredibly comfortable. My family and I also had a spa treatment, and both the technique and the ambiance were fantastic. Highly recommended. It's truly excellent!

The hotel lobby is absolutely stunning, and the Michelin-starred breakfast truly lives up to its reputation. Although it's a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurants nearby are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The highlight was definitely the lobby downstairs. I stayed in an executive suite on the 19th floor. The service was excellent, with small snacks and cocktail hour (hi-tea). The swimming pool was also good. However, many rooms – almost all of them, in fact – had a musty smell. They tried to mask it with a strong perfume, which made my nose hurt if I stayed in there for too long, especially since I'm a bit sensitive to smells. After a few days, they stopped spraying the perfume, and the mildew smell became even stronger.
