The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay overall. However, the bathroom tiles presented a safety hazard, particularly slippery and unsuitable for guests with mobility concerns, including pregnant women and children. Furthermore, the service provided by two female staff members was unsatisfactory. On a subsequent day, we requested room cleaning from a male staff member, who assured us it would be done. However, the service was not provided. We reiterated our request the following day, but the room remained uncleaned. Fresh towels were only provided on the final day of our stay.

Beware of bed bugs! – I got 8 bites within hours, so scary. The room looked clean at first glance, but unfortunately, it was infested with bed bugs. I sat on the edge of the mattress for just a few hours (without even lying down) and ended up with 8 bites. That’s insane. I checked out immediately, but the worst part? I later found bed bugs hiding in "a brand-new pair of jeans" I had with me and had to throw them away just to avoid bringing the infestation home. Absolutely unacceptable.

The deposit is 500. There is no coffee. If you want to drink it, you have to go out and buy it. The Penuos Suite/Penuos Residence opposite provides it, but you can’t drink it.

The room is good location near The mall life store Bangkae. The room is new and clean. Some moment we will listen some sounds like something fall on the floor. The price is good and suitable.

Overall good, close to the mall, quite deep into the alley but can enter through the back of the mall. Stayed 5 nights, the housekeeper didn't give drinking water at all, only 2 bottles on the first day of check-in.
