Clean room, big bathroom, good size room. Very basic, no room service, reception staff is not very helpful. 7-11 & a lot of local stalls right outside hotel.

Well located good hotel that does the job near Nana Plaza. For the price l would recommend it and stay there again. Breakfast is not available in low season.

Friendly staffs. Walking distance to BTS. Around the corner to soi 4.

The hotel is out of nowhere. No shops. no mini marts. The hotel itself does not have any restaurant  so if your hungry out of luck. So make sure you bring some food with you. The rooms very large and clean. 

Great location, right near all the action. Pretty quiet except for thin wall. You can hear everytime someone opens and closes their doors. Very helpful staff and good service. Didn't get to use any of their facilities do to one night only before heading elsewhere. Rooms could use a upgrade. Mostly the walls. Looks a bit old and rundown for at 4 star hotel. But very comfortable bed, pretty big bathroom and very clean which is most important for me. For the price I payed and would rather use other hotels I seen online. But would hesitate to use it again.

Stayed for a few nights with some friends, very hospitable staff. Very good location BTS Nana staition just a few minutes away

Recommend a balcony room. Great staff but no restaurant (not really a problem considering you'll be in central Nana)

Very conveniently located.Less than 10min to BTS station Very quiet atmosphere.Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Large Toilet, shower area and bathtub. Fantastic internet connection and helpful staff.

Hotel location is really great, near Nana BTS so easy to go around. But of course the area is not really suitable for family trip, so choose accordingly. Hotel is simple and clean, though I rate the cleanliness lower due to one of the day the cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom.
