S15 Sukhumvit Hotel Reviews

Very good location, in between Asok & Nana BRT station. Walking distance to Terminal 21 with very budget food court at top floor. There is SW 21 Night Market opposite the hotel at night. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Will back to this hotel again……

Great attitude from staff. Cleanliness is good but would be good to have slightly more modern facilities. Great location near to everywhere.

Excellent location within a short walk to the bts asoke and mrt sukhumvit stations. Excellent level of service from all staff. Room was a bit dated but still comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable for the class of hotel. Overall, a great stay!

Location is near bts and terminal 21, I only wish the tv has netflix

1. Location: Min walk to Asoke MTR and Terminal 21 mall. Many eateries around the hotel. 2. Services: Disappointing! Initially, we are told that we will be charged 80baht for a mineral water when we told them our room just have 1 instead of the usual 2. Hotel staff didn't bother and insisted. This act has spoiled our mood even though they waived off it during check out. I would suggest other hotel.

Great Location, in the heart of city, easy access to public transport and lots of restaurants near by

It is my habit to leave the tv on when i go for dinner. 1.5hrs later the tv was off. Staff came in without my permission. Very unsfae hotel. Staff didnt accomodate to request. Had to change room after 2 terrible nights. New room is brighter but sound proof is bad.

1st, If you aren't a smoker please ensure to specify "Non Smoking Room Only" otherwise the check in counter may assign the smoking room for you. We are 2 women and they still gave us a smoking room without asking. From the first step out from the elevator until the room the smell was so awful. 2nd, if you lose the parking voucher you need to pay a fine "500 baht", please make sure to keep that small piece of paper (not even a card) safe if you don't want to have any issues. 3rd, they provided the coffee machine but with only ONE coffee & 2 sachets of cheap tea, despite you are 2 guesses they still give you only One coffee, if you need another one 150 bath/ea will be charging. Apart from the location the rest were disappointing My friend and I will definitely not come back and don't dare to recommend this hotel to anyone

Fifth time staying at the S15 Sukhumvit hotel. Great experience everything. Hotel staff is really friendly. Breakfast is good. Location also close to everything.

Best location but worst amenities & faucet dirty not cleaned for months. Dirty Carpet & all towels old & ripped. It's just for convenience,

Cleanliness could be better, but we took advantage of the waiting room feature which was great! Our flights arrived and/or departed in early morning, and we used the waiting room twice which saves some dollars

Near BTS and T21 Staff helpful Difficulty to call car better take BTS Breakfast not bad .
