The room is clean and comfortable, excellent service and staffs. Convenient location close to downtown.

We always stay at Montien Hotel. (good points) good location heartful welcome by doorman (TIKK, NUM) delicious food (Rueton) (bad points) sometimes refil tissue papers, etc. forgotten air condition temperature not adjustable.

My second visit to this hotel in three years. Always delivers on quality, staff and service. Excellent location close to SkyTrain and mall (700m walk). Plenty of shops, restaurants and night markets close by. . Also 500m from the Jim Thompson flagship still store which is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended

We absolutely love this hotel for amazing design, calmness and comfortable rooms. If you search for night entertainment, there is a night market with a lot bars. Stayed there 2nd time. But this time there is some weirdness happened on the check out. Breakfast starts at 6 am and we had only 15 min to eat and call a taxi. They didn’t let me in because it was 5:58, said I came early. And on check out appeared we left one of the room access cards in electricity slot. The guy on reception was insisting I have it and husband was keeping on saying it is in the room. They didn’t believe! Our room was on the 17th floor, so they made husband wait until someone went and confirmed the key was there. And all of this in the 15 min we need to eat and leave. Why? What are we gonna do with that card returning home to our country????

Overall, clean hotel as it seems to have been revamped. Very nice staff and they were willing to listen to customer's voice to help customers. But location might seem different as it is nearby POTPONG area.

My go-to hotel in Bangkok. Helpful staff, great location, good-sized rooms, enormous beds. Very comfortable.

desperate some confusions at check-in, the overall stay was very comfortable. I particularly like how the room is designed, as well as the local art decorations in the common areas. Staffs are nice too - I forgot to take my passport back at checked-in but the guy kindly recognised me passing by and returned it to me that evening. The gym is large too, but the pool definitely needs some renovations. Breakfast is ok but nothing too special. Nice stay overall.

Agree with other guests that hotel need to improve the training on service. For a start, Bell boy should offer help with luggage instead of waiting to be asked which is weird for hotel with staircase to lobby. And it’s unprofessional that the bell boy would wait for tip for bringing luggage to the room. The man in spec and wear brown is most cheerful and helpful staff that greets guest at hotel. Waitress unwell should wear mask instead of coughing in the restaurant while serving. Breakfast is lacking in both variety and quality. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and house keeping does a good job. The switch and plugs are located dangerously close to the pillow.

The staff service is excellent and helpful. Also nearby the hotel a lot of delicious food which can access by short distance walking.
