Cosy clean bed. Friendly staff. Good food takeaway shops nearby. Ensuite bathroom. However, Very small room with no table available.

I’ve stayed there twice in the space of just over a week. It’s in a good location for shops n things to eat. A nice big park near for a relaxing walk.

Good all round, but needs a Kettle and coffee and biscuits in rooms.

Room is extremely small,and they request to pay extra ten pounds for checking in half an hour early

Good location, clean, and cosy.

Very convenient location and easy check-in/check-out, everything explained very clearly. Newsagents and restaurants just across the road very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The lady on the front desk is wonderful

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms have no difference from a little box. We couldn’t even open our luggages in the room. Not clean, no facilities. Absolutely not recommended.

Sound location and parking around for free. Rooms are obviously small and beds are 3/4 but comfortable enough for me as a single traveler.

Hotel staff was attentive and available all night. Location is ideal for Reading train station just a 5minute walk away. The room was small but adequately equipped and quiet.

Our experience here was so wired and painful. First time ever experienced such an un professional service. Zero customer service and zero welcoming. The lady was so insane and not worth to work as a front desk agent. Doesn't even know how to welcome a guest or smile or talk politely. Her name we couldnt notice but she worked on Monday night August 13, 2023. The facility doesnt even have a parking we had to pay extra to park at the facility. And another thing we faced was our flight got canceled and we informed the facility much ahead and they were not understandable either waive off the first day or give that missed day to another day or refund for the one day. Anyways overall not recommendable and specially if you are a family its highly not recommendable and not worth. Hope you find a better one for yourself and your family.
