The owner is very welcoming, and the room was very clean. You can ask the owner for advice on how to plan your trip to Jiuzhaigou to avoid any pitfalls. We stayed for two nights in a row, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Jiuzhaigou Starlight Hotel; it was the most delightful accommodation of our entire trip! After booking through Trip.com, the hotel proactively called us to clarify the rules for booking and cancellation during peak season, which helped us avoid a lot of potential issues. Upon our self-drive arrival, the staff thoughtfully assisted us with parking. We were traveling with our pet and initially worried about our dog not being allowed on the mountain. The owner actively helped us find a solution, truly putting themselves in the traveler's shoes. Upon check-in, we also received a clear guide with sightseeing tips. They patiently explained the Jiuzhaigou touring routes, and the must-see spots were laid out at a glance, saving us a lot of planning time. I must especially commend the owner! He is a great conversationalist, knowledgeable, and broad-minded. During our chat, he offered valuable advice to my child about studies and personal growth, which was truly beneficial. Hotel management also showed meticulous attention to detail at every turn. We stayed in a family room, which was clean and tidy. It was very quiet at night, and the mattress firmness was just right, allowing us to get a solid night's sleep and recover after a long journey. The service was heartwarming, and the environment was comfortable. It's rare to find such a warm and inviting guesthouse/hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Jiuzhaigou!

This place is very clean, I had a comfortable stay. The location is great, quite close to the pick-up/drop-off point for transport. The owner was very warm and welcoming; when I checked in, they went through all the local attractions, their特点 (features), and important things to note, which was super helpful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room size and cleanliness were quite good for a scenic area. Plus, the restaurant recommended by the front desk lady was delicious. The complimentary welcome fruit was great, especially after a long bus ride.

The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely fruit platter including delicious peaches, plums, and prunes. The owner was very kind and provided helpful tips for visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Loved it! The room was super clean, tidy, and quiet. The owner is a truly passionate person, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, explaining exactly how to explore Jiuzhaigou. They really made our trip to Jiuzhaigou even better! My only regret is missing the panoramic view from the Nuorilang Waterfall viewing platform. Just a heads-up to everyone, there are two viewing platforms for panoramic views: Nuorilang and Shuzheng.
