"5 ⭐️ stay & highly recommended!!! The property is extremely close to Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, it’s only 5mins walk. We booked a family room with an additional queen size bed for our adult son while we took the king size bed. We would have hoped for more space due to 3 large-size & 2 cabin-size luggage but it wasn’t tight even with all the luggage were opened 😅 We’re amazed how this room can allow up to 4pax 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We particularly liked the common space with long bench & coffee table at the entrance as the hotel property provided a lot of goodies to help guests to manage high altitude sickness (❤️very thoughtful❤️). The mini bar was actually for warm bottled water during winter but I’m certain that in summer it should be a proper refrigerator. As we arrived from Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station which is 2hrs away by car travel, we asked the hotel beforehand for a recommended driver. We were pleased that the driver arrangement was kept separate via wechat & the driver (张小青） was keen & honest 😄 Even though the hotel was only 3 years old, it looks & felt like new which we are sure was well maintained. All the staff (from front desk to breakfast restaurant & even to housekeepers) were extremely friendly & hospitable 👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel that even in low season, it had high occupancy! We’re certain that in summer & autumn it would be overbooked due to its proximity to scenic entrance & competitive pricing. NOTE: during winter & cold weather the breakfast room was very small due to lack of seating arrangement, go early if you plan to go scenic park but go later after 8.30am if you like a relaxed meal. Please exercise patience while waiting for a seating arrangement for breakfast."

"The room is quite spacious, which is great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient, with dining options within 50-300 meters. It's about a 1km walk to the scenic area entrance, and there's a direct shuttle bus to the high-speed train station around 200m away."

"The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the scenic area entrance. For dining, there's a McDonald's right outside, and several Tibetan-style restaurants nearby. After exploring, it's only a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the tourist shuttle bus station, which offers direct service to the high-speed rail station."

"The hotel's environment is excellent, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby; we tried two and both were great. The service attitude is also very good; we received a small gift upon check-in, and a concierge escorted us to our room door. It's also close to the gully entrance. You can book a car through the hotel for 4 yuan per person, and it takes just a few minutes to get there. On the way back, we chose to walk, which took about 20 minutes along a straight and easy-to-find road. The hotel's breakfast was delicious; both the spicy mushroom beef rice noodles and the clear cordyceps flower chicken soup rice noodles were fantastic. My friend and I each had two bowls. Overall, it's a very good choice."

"We choosed this hotel because they offered drop-off and pick-up services between the hotel and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. We also considered at previous guests’ reviews and photos of the rooms. Before we arrived, we had already communicated through WeChat, so everything went smoothly. They also informed us about purchasing tickets for the Huanglong scenic area and explained everything very clearly, even though I bought the tickets from someone else. Our journey from Huanglong took about 2 hours, and we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. We got a bit lost, but after calling them, four people came out to welcome us. From the outside, the hotel looked quite ordinary, but once we stepped into the terrace… it was unbelievably beautiful. They also have an outdoor area to relax. The hotel lobby is combined with the breakout room; it’s not cramped but not spacious either, yet still beautifully arranged. We went into the room and were shown how to use the facilities. The room was very beautiful, exactly like the photos, with a bathtub right in front of the bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and there’s a work desk, snacks provided, towel amenities, and very nice slippers—everything was good and up to date. They even have a dryer for underwear or socks near the toilet. They also have a warm drinking water dispenser, which we found extremely convenient. There were plenty of power outlets, and the bedside lighting controls were very well set up. We slept very well until the next morning when we were heading to Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Breakfast was served steamed—corn, bread, sweet potatoes, and a bowl of noodles… the breakfast was sooo delicious. After finishing breakfast, we were taken to Jiuzhaigou in a Denza car and informed about evening the pick-up location. Everything was arranged very professionally. When we were done, we contacted the hotel and the car came to pick us up. The location is very strategic, with many places to eat near the hotel, so there’s no need to worry. I am very satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Jiuzhaigou. The staff are extremely professional, the arrangements are very organized, also helpful. And I would have regretted it if I hadn’t chosen to stay here. Two thumbs up for this hotel."

"The room was exceptionally good, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the air conditioning was nice and warm. For the off-season, the value for money was incredible! It takes about 2 hours by bus from Jiuzhai Huanglong Station to get near the guesthouse, which is then about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. What's particularly great is that the guesthouse offers a shuttle service to and from the scenic area. They left promptly at 8 AM from the guesthouse in the morning. When I was leaving the scenic area in the afternoon, even though I was the only one, the owner still came to pick me up. Their service attitude is excellent. I highly recommend this place~"

The whole room is equipped with smart controls, and they even thoughtfully installed an oxygen supply system. The room itself is very bright and well-lit. Whenever we had an issue, communicating with the front desk was super smooth. Plus, the restaurant on the second floor is delicious and offers great discounts. Highly, highly recommend – their high ratings are definitely justified!"

The transportation is very convenient, with shuttle services to scenic spots. "This time, I stayed at the Xishe Yunshan Designer Tangchi Hotel in Jiuzhaigou, and my overall experience was very satisfying. It was warm and hassle-free. 🏨 Location The hotel is well-located with a quiet surrounding environment. It's also very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area; the ride isn't long, so getting around is basically stress-free. 🛏️ Room Experience The room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and comfortable. The biggest pluses were: • The smart toilet that can wash your backside, which is especially delightful in cold weather. • Underfloor heating in the room, so you don't have to worry about cold feet, even barefoot. • Support for Xiao Ai (AI assistant) to control lighting and heating/AC. Just a voice command turns things on and off, which is very smart and convenient. 🍽️ Dining Experience There's a restaurant downstairs where you can directly pay to enjoy dinner. This means you don't have to go out looking for food in the cold wind, which is a lifesaver for winter travelers. Both the dishes and the environment were good. ✅ Summary Overall, the hotel's location, comfort, smart features, and convenience are all excellent. It's especially suitable for those visiting Jiuzhaigou in winter, as it's both warm and saves a lot of trouble. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again, I would still consider staying here."

"My stay at Pillow Mountain Creek Lodge far exceeded expectations, definitely five-star worthy! From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, home-like atmosphere. The front desk lady's smile was incredibly welcoming, and her service was thoughtful and meticulous. To my surprise, since it was the off-season during my stay, she proactively upgraded our room for free, a delightful surprise that made us feel so appreciated. The new room was spacious and bright, with elegant design and brand-new, complete facilities. Outside the window were rolling green mountains, and waking up to the sound of birdsong and the creek in the morning felt like living inside a landscape painting. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness details were perfectly executed, making our stay very reassuring. This short visit, thanks to the attentive service and beautiful environment, turned into an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend it to friends who love peace and nature; I will definitely be back again!"
