"The hotel is 1.5km from the scenic area entrance. A big thank you to the security guards, I think their employee IDs were 58 and 63. From the moment we arrived, they actively helped us with our luggage and even helped us locate a package that had been delivered a few days prior. Many thanks to the butler for assisting us when we forgot our room card. I'm also very grateful to the front desk staff; we lost our bag at the scenic spot and didn't get it back, so we had no chargers. They both proactively lent us their own chargers. Thank you! As for the hotel facilities, the room was very spacious, and the double room had a table in the middle which was convenient for eating. The decor was also very new, and noise was barely audible. The cold noodles and butter tea at breakfast were excellent. All in all, it was a memorable trip."

"The owner is very responsive to wechat and has the best service. They provide pick up/drop off from any area within JGZ on request, dont need to follow any schedule. Just snap a pic of the location you are at and they will fetch/drop you off. Bfast was basic but sufficient. Very chinese style (noodles and porridge). Not buffet. Only downside was that the power suddenly got cut off for a few hours at night. This home stay also have laundry service whereby the staff will help you wash and dry. You don't have to wait infront of the machine."

"Jiuzhai Mushan Hotel was an amazing experience! It's only a ten-minute drive from the scenic area entrance, which made getting there and back super convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the Tibetan-style decor was really charming. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, proactively assisting us with planning our sightseeing routes. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection including butter tea, noodles, and wontons. The thoughtful touches really made our stay perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou!"

"Very modern furnishings with good amenities. They have a free laundry and dryer with detergent for guests. The snacks provided in the room are free as well. There is an entire list of extra stuff you can request for... even eyebrow pencil. The breakfast reminds me of muji lunch set which is very nicely laid out and healthy. The staff are very hospitable and helped us arranged for horse riding and the ride back. They also went the extra mile to get us superglue when our shoes were giving way. They packed breakfast for us as we needed to catch an early train. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it is short distance to the entrance of jiuzhaigou park."

It's a bit far if you're looking to visit tourist spots, but we came specifically to just unwind at the hotel. The unique mountain-top scenery, the twinkling stars in the quiet night sky, a little yak accidentally wandering into the courtyard, watching the staff chase it away – I was both scared and excited. Exploring the village with a flashlight at night was truly memorable. The rooms are all villas with private courtyards and hot tubs, very cozy. Service: Very attentive."

"This is a fantastic hotel, run by a female owner, which I absolutely loved. **Amenities:** All the facilities inside are brand new. There's no false advertising; all the smart devices work perfectly and can be voice-controlled. The hot spring is open from 6 AM to 11 PM; it's an open-air spring in the courtyard. It was a bit far from our room so we didn't go, but it is definitely there. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. We stayed for two days, and they cleaned our room daily. **Service:** The service was also excellent and very thoughtful. They offer a shuttle service; you take a bus to a stop, and then the hotel picks you up. They provided transfers to and from Jiuzhaigou. When we arrived, their shuttle was full due to too many people, so the hotel even reimbursed our taxi fare. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it looks very similar to the photos they posted. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay!"

When I checked in, I happened to see the person in charge doing room checks for cleanliness, and even as a germaphobe, I couldn't find a single flaw. This room type is on the fifth floor, and it was quiet for the two days I stayed. The two-meter super king bed with deep-sleep bedding was incredibly comfortable. After a long day exploring Jiuzhaigou, soaking in the hot spring relieved all the fatigue. The breakfast was also excellent and exceeded expectations."
