"I was very satisfied with the room. There were no issues with unstable hot water, which I had been concerned about. The lady at the front desk was lovely and proactively helped me get an extra breakfast for my family of three. We had a twin room, which could be combined, and we asked for extra pillows and blankets. We also had dinner at the hotel, the Chinese food was good and the price was fine. They even gave us a free photo session and a Starbucks buy-one-get-one-free voucher, though we didn't use either. In the room, the welcome fruit was very generous: dragon fruit, oranges, pepino melons, apples, and pears. The mini-bar had Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and a box of welcome candies. There were also 6 bottles of Nongfu Spring water. I was very pleased. I had originally been a bit worried that the conditions in the valley might not be great. For those who prefer quiet, I highly recommend staying here rather than at the valley entrance. It's much noisier there. If I come again, I will definitely stay here. Hilton is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Jiuzhaigou."

The customer service also provided a clear and easy-to-understand map and guide for Jiuzhaigou. I found the breakfast quite rich, and even though my daughter wasn't used to some of the food, it's still worth praising; the dishes, utensils, and environment all looked very clean. For three people, the room felt a bit cramped. For someone with a潔癖 (germophobia) who won't sit on the bed without showering, having only one chair in the room was really inconvenient. Also, the quality of the disposable face towels was too poor; they started shedding lint after just one use. This is a small detail that negatively impacted the overall experience. Early in the morning, you could hear the sound of faucets running in other rooms, so the soundproofing really isn't great. Aside from these points, everything else was very good. Dining and shopping nearby are convenient, and a taxi to Jiuzhaigou scenic area costs 12 yuan."

The bus is also very convenient, with the Zangwang Yanwu bus stop right at the doorstep. What's worth mentioning is that the breakfast here is better than other Hampton by Hilton hotels. Besides the standard Hampton by Hilton offerings, they also have特色青稞饼 (distinctive highland barley pancakes) and yak noodles. The yak noodles are amazing! They taste just as good as what you'd find outside. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

I woke up refreshed and ready to recharge for the next day's exploration of Jiuzhaigou. The restaurant was bright and clean, with a spotless food counter and neatly arranged tableware, showing attention to detail. The menu was diverse, offering a variety of Chinese hot dishes such as freshly cooked noodles and pastries, as well as Western-style bread, salads, and fresh fruit. I especially love the fruit. "1. The location is quite convenient, close to Moon Bay parking lot, where you can catch buses for arrivals and departures. You can take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs just a few yuan. The hotel is about a kilometer away from the scenic area. It can be hard to find a taxi after playing, but you can walk back, though it might be a bit tiring after a day of exploring. 2. The hotel handles issues very promptly and provides a butler service. They even offered foot-soaking amenities, which was a great touch! It's excellent for older guests, as they respond immediately to any problems. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying for the family. 3. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was spacious enough for a comfortable rest. The room had a wet and dry separation. We were on the third floor, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel also tried its best to accommodate our room preference requests upon check-in, which was much appreciated! 4. There are many dining options nearby, including a newly opened tomato yak beef hotpot restaurant, making it very convenient for meals. Chuanjie Yak Beef Noodles is also not far. If you don't feel like walking, you can order takeout, though it can only be delivered to the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient."
