"Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and food options just outside the hotel. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is also within walking distance, around 15 minutes away. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was fairly clean and comfortable for our stay. One minor point is that the shower water pressure was slightly low for our preference, but it did not affect the overall experience too much. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for visitors planning to explore Jiuzhaigou."

"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

"I used to be quite fond of Atour, but this stay was truly frustrating. The hotel is brand new, but the king-size room I was assigned was in an annex building, quite a walk from the main building where the restaurant, laundry room, and gym are located. What's more, the ground floor of the annex looked like an unfinished construction site, making it feel like entering an abandoned building when I went in. I booked for two nights. The first night passed without incident, but on the second night, the power went out while I was showering. At first, I thought it was a general blackout, but when I got ready and opened my door, I realized only my room was affected. I called staff about the power outage, and they said it was just a system restart and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. However, half an hour later, the power went out again, leaving the room completely dark. I called staff once more, and they asked me to pack my bags and switch rooms. Reluctantly, I had to hastily pack up and move. Just when I finally settled in, I heard a loud pattering of rain outside my window. It turns out the corridor connecting the annex to the main building has an aluminum roof, and the sound of raindrops hitting it was incredibly loud, leading to a sleepless night. New hotels really need to make more adjustments. I hope they can improve. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly."

"Absolutely fantastic! I'd heard great things about their service before booking, but it far exceeded my expectations. They offer free laundry service, and the water heater uses an inverted mineral water bottle (which feels much cleaner than a traditional electric kettle, by the way). Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in individual bottles. They offer pick-up upon arrival, and when someone in our group wasn't feeling well, the owner proactively offered to take us to the hospital. Since we were two adults and one child, the owner even gave us an extra breakfast. Plus, the owner planned our Jiuzhaigou itinerary based on our travel needs, and it was perfect – we even managed to visit Shuzheng Lakes at a less crowded time, which was amazing! 👍👍👍 The restaurant they recommended was also very clean."

"Traveling with the object in Jiuzhaigou, this homestay is definitely the biggest surprise of this trip! The homestay is hidden in the mountains and forests, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the noise of the main road traffic. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the hot water was stable for 24 hours, the temperature on the plateau was low at night, and the heating facilities were sufficient. You can rest well after a day of play. The boss is super enthusiastic, check-in is efficient, take the initiative to explain to us the Jiuzhaigou play route, recommend photo spots, and remind the local weather precautions. The most plus point is that you can pick up and drop off the entrance of the scenic spot, saving you the trouble of taking a taxi. The building is a beautiful Tibetan style, the yard is full of atmosphere, and you can see the green mountains and green trees by pushing the window. It is convenient to eat and purchase around, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. Couples are highly recommended for travel, and I will choose here next time I come to Jiuzhaigou!"

Living experience: The room's hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and with the electric blanket on, it wasn't cold at all. The owner was very genuine, punctual with transfers, and even recommended a fantastic yak hot pot nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick. "Excellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean. We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️ The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!"

"The hotel is directly opposite 'Impression Lijiang', which is a great location. The rooms are spacious and feature smart home technology. There's also a laundry room. The facilities, location, and value for money are all good, but there's room for improvement in the service: 1. When booking, it showed a shared shuttle service from Jiuzhai-Huanglong Airport, but it wasn't specified that it was a third-party service requiring additional payment. 2. For departures to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, there was only one shuttle bus. Given the morning peak hour traffic, its operational capacity was clearly insufficient. We later discussed this with the hotel, and they covered the cost for us and another two guests (four people in total) to take a taxi to the scenic area. 3. Previous reviews mentioned that breakfast wasn't great, and my personal experience confirms it's quite average. However, considering the ambiance, location, and value for money, it's still generally acceptable."

Everything else was good and we used the free transfer they provided to Jiu zhai gou. The place was not easy to find but managed to call the hotel via trip.com so everything was good. Had a good one night here!"

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – after a long day of exploring, I could fall asleep instantly. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the dry/wet separation in the bathroom was very convenient. The best part was the shuttle service to the scenic area; after breakfast, they took us straight to the park entrance. The breakfast itself was plentiful. From the moment I booked, the staff were incredibly attentive, asking about my arrival time and even advising me on where to get off and how to get to the hotel – super thoughtful. Although my room wasn't upgraded, it was perfectly spacious for one person. The bedding was spotless and pristine, and all the toiletries were disposable, which I really appreciate for hygiene. The breakfast was also delicious. I chose to walk to the scenic area, which was a quick and pleasant stroll. The air was wonderfully fresh, and the scenery there was absolutely beautiful. Honestly, there are just so many good things about this place. Very, very satisfied!"

"This hotel is newly opened and the location is excellent. Right across the street there’s a convenience store, and nearby you’ll find a row of shops with plenty of dining options. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish design. My favorite part was the bathroom — it’s spacious and the water pressure is strong, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!"

The service was also exceptional. This is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhai!"
