"This is a fantastic hotel, conveniently located just 500 meters from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, a quick five-minute walk. While it's a bit pricey, seeing other hotels' shuttle buses stuck in traffic in the morning instantly made me feel like it was worth every penny. The hotel's interior design and furnishings are excellent. It boasts a complete XiaoDu smart home system, so you can control the AC, lights, and curtains just by speaking – super convenient. The cleanliness is also top-notch, truly justifying the price; no compromise on quality just because it's near a scenic spot. Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady. Upon check-in, she proactively upgraded me to a scenic view room and shared many helpful tips and important notes about the scenic area. She was incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful attitude towards all my requests. There was a small hiccup when I missed the last bus from the scenic area that evening, and the front desk lady not only helped me contact the scenic area to find a taxi but also stayed on the phone to reassure me. She was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful – highly recommend!"

Also, for muslim travellers you can find muslim food below the hotel and in front of the hotel (you need to cross the bridge). Thank you and keep up your good service to others traveller."

"I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, so please bear with these screenshots I sent to a friend. This is what it looks like from the room. It's super convenient, only about a 200-meter walk from the official scenic area shuttle bus stop, and there are lots of food options nearby, plus a breakfast place right downstairs. The hotel is also just a ten-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou ticket entrance, all on main roads, very easy to get to. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service! It was raining and a bit chilly the day we arrived, and we hadn't even thought to ask for the heating to be turned on in advance. When we mentioned at the front desk that it was a bit cold, they had already turned the heating on for us. Seriously, who understands that feeling?!"

They offer a free shuttle service to and from the scenic area bus station, and you can even borrow ******* clothes to wear into the park. When I left something behind, they actively helped me get it back. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay."

The best part was the shuttle service to the scenic area; after breakfast, they took us straight to the park entrance. The breakfast itself was plentiful. After a day of exploring Jiuzhaigou, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing and washed away all the fatigue."

The room size is average, but the bed is large and comfortable, and the bedding is cozy. The shower water is very hot, making for a comfortable shower. 3. The facilities are complete. 4. The front desk lobby environment is nice. The furniture has good texture. 5. There are a few parking spaces at the entrance. If they are full, the hotel staff will guide you to other parking areas. 6. The service is enthusiastic. 7. The breakfast isn't luxurious, but it's very satisfying. Here's a suggestion: there are too few places in the room to put bags, only one chair, and the shelf under the TV is a bit narrow. This could be improved."

What truly sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful details. Knowing that guests would be doing a lot of walking at Jiuzhaigou, they provided a massage gun for relaxation. When checking out, anticipating long journeys for guests, they even gave out mugwort eye masks. Overall, the attention to detail was exceptional, and I was quite satisfied with my choice. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replenish the breakfast items more frequently, as there wasn't much left when I went later."

The absolute best part was the location; the hotel is right next to the high-speed train shuttle, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also close to scenic spots, saving us so much time whether we were catching a train or exploring. There are plenty of great dining options nearby too. The front desk service was absolutely outstanding; they even proactively offered to do my laundry and delivered it directly to my room after it was done. It was so thoughtful! It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all, more like being comfortable at home. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone!"
