Anonymous UserI rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

What I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip.
However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this.
In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing.
Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking.
Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding.

1. The room was quite spacious, and the 2-meter king-size bed was big enough for a family of three, plus there was an additional small bed. It's very friendly for families with two children. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom were well separated, and the shower was great. The air conditioning was powerful, and the water temperature and pressure for showering were just right. I didn't dare wash my hair though, out of fear of altitude sickness.
2. I really loved the service here; the front desk and butler service were incredibly thoughtful, and there was even a welcome ceremony. I particularly liked the welcoming lady who was so kind and lovely, though I don't know her name. If you register before breakfast, you can take a shuttle bus to the scenic area after your meal. The driver was very enthusiastic and patient.
3. Breakfast was decent; the rice noodles were good, the walnut shortbread was tasty, and the old-fashioned yogurt was delicious. But the dinner here is what I recommend the most! I had originally planned to eat at those two restaurants I found on Dianping, but after a long day of sightseeing, I was too tired to leave the hotel. We ended up having dinner there for three nights. The mushroom and yak hotpot (you wouldn't believe how much meat was in it!), the roasted lamb chops, and the dry-pot beef were all flavorful and generous in portions. I highly recommend the beef patties.
4. The self-service laundry room was very convenient. We were able to wash and dry all our dirty clothes before we left, which is perfect for long-distance travelers. There's even a QR code you can scan to check the progress of your washing and drying cycles.

YinjiExceeded expectations overall! The hotel is located in the Jiuzhaigou Huamei Shengjing Resort. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly thoughtful, handling our check-in quickly and with a gentle, patient attitude. Her service during our stay was meticulous and attentive; she anticipated our needs and was always ready to help, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable and satisfying.
The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and featured a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom with excellent water pressure and 24-hour hot water. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities were well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. It's a very photogenic place, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

First, let's talk about the environment: The hotel's overall environment is captivating at first sight. The entire area consists of detached villa clusters nestled on the mountain slopes, scattered amidst lush greenery, offering complete privacy. The hotel's paths are serene, surrounded by trees and excellent ecological surroundings. You might occasionally spot small squirrels and various birds flitting through the woods, creating a healing and natural atmosphere. Each villa comes with a panoramic viewing terrace, and opening the windows reveals continuous green mountains – quiet, therapeutic, and truly atmospheric.
Next, the service: For this stay, I especially want to thank Manager Vincent Li. His service throughout was gentle yet professional, with sincerity evident in every detail. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully presented a chocolate cake. I initially only expected it to look good, but to my surprise, the cake had a rich and dense texture, exactly my favorite flavor. This unexpected surprise made the trip extra warm. During my stay, no matter what issues or needs arose, contacting Vincent always resulted in an immediate response and proper handling. He was patient and meticulous, without a hint of perfunctoriness. His exceptionally high standard of service significantly elevated the experience of this Jiuzhai trip. The hotel's travel photography service was also excellent! 👍
Finally, a small suggestion: The hotel's Western restaurant has a limited variety of dishes, and not many options. The BBQ platter was too ***** (mutton/lamb), so friends who can't tolerate that taste should definitely avoid it 🤣. It would be great if they could enrich the food selection in the future. To add: there aren't many dining options around the hotel. The Xiangmanyuan Yak Beef Hotpot recommended by the staff was just average, and the beef was *****. However, their small beef skewers (5 skewers for 12 yuan) were delicious, you can order more of those 😊.
Next time I visit Jiuzhaigou, Conrad will still be my first choice. My heartfelt thanks again to Manager Vincent Li for the perfect experience!

Guest UserVienna International Hotel is very close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and offers a free shuttle service to the attractions in the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They proactively contacted us via WeChat before our check-in, and knowing we were a large group, they upgraded our rooms to family suites free of charge and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. We were truly touched by this warm service. The hotel's hygiene was also impeccable. Everything in the rooms was great, and the breakfast selection was rich and delicious. It's also very convenient to find places to eat just outside the hotel.

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

Guest UserFacilities: I heard it only opened a few months ago, and the facilities are indeed brand new. I saw that the business license was only issued in April 2026.
Cleanliness: The lobby and the room itself were very clean.
Environment: I specifically booked a room with a balcony on the 4th floor to enjoy the view. However, the promotional pictures completely failed to mention that there's a house burning wood right next door. The front-facing photos conveniently cropped it out. Below, there's a parking area, so if you stand on the balcony, you'll be making eye contact with people downstairs. The guesthouse is fronted by a dirt road, not paved with concrete, so it gets incredibly dusty with any breeze – it was quite disheartening 😢. Fortunately, the interior is good; it has more character than a standardized hotel renovation and is very unique. Within a short walk, you can find McDonald's, Mixue, snack shops, and some local specialty restaurants.
Room: The balcony in my room offered absolutely no privacy. I could see directly into the adjacent room. The side railing didn't fully block both sides, leaving about a 20-centimeter gap. You could easily see what people on the next balcony were doing, and it felt like someone agile could just hop over. There's a serious lack of privacy. Moreover, the balcony was completely empty; there were no tables or chairs, so having a drink there at night was impossible. Although the promotional pictures didn't show them, I'm not sure why other rooms had them and mine didn't. The balcony lacked practicality. When I asked if tables and chairs could be provided, they said they were still buying them, but they've been open for 3 months already... 🥲
Furthermore, the railing facing forward on the balcony was quite low, only reaching my waist. It wasn't positioned above my center of gravity, which could lead to a fall if I leaned forward and lost balance, posing a safety hazard 🤔. Perhaps the owner's intention was to offer a more unobstructed view from inside the room.
Service: The staff were all very enthusiastic, whether it was helping to book a car, providing transfers, or assisting with luggage. I truly felt at home, which was a huge bonus and even allowed me to overlook the aforementioned shortcomings. It was a very pleasant experience. We arrived here and were dropped off at a relatively distant spot, but the driver still came through the tunnel to pick us up, equally enthusiastic ☺️. On our way back, they even drove us that short distance down to the parking lot.
Overall, it's still very good. If you're not staying at chain hotels, this could be a top choice! 🥳

Yilia..The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
