Guest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

What I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip.
However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this.
In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing.
Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking.
Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding.

Guest User1. **Ambiance & Views:** Nestled amidst mountains, the hotel boasts a beautiful natural environment with stunning mountain and water views. Having booked a high-floor room in advance, the panoramic scenery was absolutely incredible.
2. **Dining:** The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and the taste was excellent. The hot pot chicken, yak hot pot, and nutty yak yogurt at the hotel's Mai Chinese Restaurant were all delicious.
3. **Facilities & Experience:** The room was well-equipped. Although it lacked smart devices, the soundproofing was decent (occasional noises didn't disturb my rest). There was some bird droppings on the window, but the hotel promptly arranged cleaning after I reported it.
4. **Service Quality:** The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted guests. They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness.
5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient.
6. **Overall Impression:** I was highly satisfied with the hotel's environment, dining, and service, and I would definitely stay here again.

FandaxingxingThe hotel is a moderate distance from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. The service was thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Sasa at the front desk was incredibly sweet, offering us hot tea upon check-in. The concierge staff proactively helped with our luggage and planned our scenic area itinerary. The electric shuttle service within the resort was on-call, and the shuttle to and from the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The butter tea, ******* pastries, and freshly cooked noodles were authentic and delicious. Dining on the terrace offered direct views of the green mountains and trees. In the evenings, there were bonfire activities at Shenying Square and ******* cultural experiences, providing an immersive taste of ******* culture. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhai!

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

Guest UserThis hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, is very new and offers excellent service. They have a 7-seater car to take you to the attractions and can also pick you up from nearby restaurants to bring you back to the hotel. Even though it's located up a small road on a hill, the shuttle service makes it very convenient. The staff are incredibly attentive. It turns out there's also a great local restaurant not far from the hotel that serves delicious food.

Anonymous UserUpon check-in, we were greeted with welcome candies and 2 complimentary drinks.
The facilities are brand new and the hotel is within walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Breakfast was good, and they even have laundry facilities. Our room was nice at night, and being next to the Public Security Bureau made us feel very safe. It's also conveniently located for dining, with Zangwang Plaza walkable, as well as a McDonald's and convenience store just downstairs!
