Facilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied.
Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating.
Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful.
Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou.
The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha.
One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost.
By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

What I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip.
However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this.
In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing.
Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking.
Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, 10/10, definitely five stars! The front desk was quick with check-in, and the staff were gentle and patient, responding promptly to all requests. The room was meticulously cleaned; the desk and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was fresh and soft, with great natural light and ventilation. The soundproofing was effective, making for a wonderfully quiet night. The amenities were complete and worked perfectly, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. For the price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely be back!

SheyingshidayangTraveling to Jiuzhaigou, it's very convenient for dining, lodging, and banking in the county town. I was particularly impressed by a short-haired lady at the front desk; she seemed so familiar, and always anticipated guests' needs perfectly. She helped me a lot, thank you. The room was clean and spacious, and the view was also good. There's free parking downstairs with an uncle directing traffic.
My suggestion is that the hotel entrance has steps; I hope they consider making it wheelchair accessible. Overall, I'm satisfied and give it a full five-star rating!

Guest UserI had high expectations for hotels in Jiuzhaigou, and this one completely met my needs. First, it was clean and hygienic, and the room was well-ventilated with no strange odors. Second, there was plenty of hot water with good pressure for showering, which is super important! After a long day of sightseeing, a hot shower feels amazing. The toiletries were all Lux, which was a nice touch. Third, my parents tried out the private hot spring here and found it very comfortable – perfect for hot spring enthusiasts! Finally, the owner provides shuttle service to and from the scenic area; as long as you communicate in advance, they can usually accommodate. All in all, my parents and I were very satisfied with this hotel; we truly felt at ease during our stay. Oh, and the projector in the room was also very convenient and clear, and we could even cast to it! ✌🏻

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group.
Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue.
Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage.
Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.
