Hot Spring Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Facilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied. Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating. Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful. Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou. The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha. One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost. By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

This is an excellent guesthouse, and the host is incredibly friendly. We were driving ourselves and realized we wouldn't reach Jiuzhaigou until after 9 PM. Not wanting to drive late at night, we decided to make this guesthouse in the county town our stopover. The guesthouse itself is very stylishly designed, the rooms are spacious, and it offers excellent value for money. A special mention must go to the lovely lady who prepared our breakfast – I'm not sure if she's the owner or an employee. Not only was her food delicious, but she was also incredibly kind and chatted with us, sharing many fascinating stories about Jiuzhaigou before it became a popular tourist destination.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with my child, I saw this chain hotel recommended on Trip.com. The decor and exterior are truly unique. Plus, it was peak season and there was a 2-day, 1-night stay package available, so I decisively booked it. It certainly didn't disappoint. What deserves the most praise about this hotel is the service attitude. We checked in at 11 PM that night, and the staff didn't neglect us because of the late hour. Instead, they proactively came downstairs to greet us, helped us with our luggage, and offered welcome drinks and fruit. If room availability permitted, they would proactively upgrade our room type and thoughtfully ask about our needs, making us feel right at home. The AI voice control in the hotel room is very modern, and the mattress and memory foam pillows provided excellent support for my neck and back. The heated smart toilet design was also very user-friendly. They proactively cleaned the room and replenished daily necessities every day. The hotel package also included free handmade bracelet crafting, shuttle service to the scenic area, hot spring access, and ******* clothing experience. The most noteworthy incident was a small mishap: I accidentally twisted my ankle while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The hotel thoughtfully provided me with a homemade ice pack and Yunnan Baiyao spray. In a place where medical supplies were scarce in the mountains, my foot received immediate first aid, allowing me to continue my trip the next day. I want to thank all the hotel staff who received and helped me during these two days. You truly put the customer's needs first with your excellent five-star service. The hotel staff also have good looks and taste. The Fanyuan restaurant they recommended locally was the best meal I had during my stay. With a grateful heart, I sincerely review this hotel. Although there are still areas for improvement in terms of hardware facilities, the service is definitely the biggest advantage and highlight of this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain it. May the hotel business prosper, and I recommend this hotel as the top choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Facilities: Fully equipped and smart, with a Tmall Genie. The heating, air conditioning, and projector all worked great. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The surrounding area has a good variety of shops, and there's a delicious yak hotpot restaurant nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Jiuzhaigou entrance. Service: Very enthusiastic! Both the front desk and the cleaning staff were excellent. They even let us borrow a full set of ******* traditional clothes for free to take photos, which looked amazing at Jiuzhaigou. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!!!

I had high expectations for hotels in Jiuzhaigou, and this one completely met my needs. First, it was clean and hygienic, and the room was well-ventilated with no strange odors. Second, there was plenty of hot water with good pressure for showering, which is super important! After a long day of sightseeing, a hot shower feels amazing. The toiletries were all Lux, which was a nice touch. Third, my parents tried out the private hot spring here and found it very comfortable – perfect for hot spring enthusiasts! Finally, the owner provides shuttle service to and from the scenic area; as long as you communicate in advance, they can usually accommodate. All in all, my parents and I were very satisfied with this hotel; we truly felt at ease during our stay. Oh, and the projector in the room was also very convenient and clear, and we could even cast to it! ✌🏻

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
