"The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with smart toilets and comfortable bedding. The best part was the quiet surroundings; there was absolutely no noise at night, which made for a perfect sleep. I booked a room with breakfast, and after a simple meal, the hotel provided a shuttle to the Jiuzhaigou entrance (it's about a 20-minute walk otherwise), which was great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a small hill a few hundred meters from the main commercial street, so you have to climb a bit every time you go out, which can be quite breathless in a high-altitude area. But this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience, and I still highly recommend it."

"A truly delightful stay!
**Cleanliness:** Impeccable.
**Service:** The staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
**Facilities:** The whole room is smart-enabled, even the toilet seats are heated. Plus, the huge TV with screen mirroring was fantastic for watching shows. There were so many thoughtful little amenities provided that were a pleasant surprise.
**Location:** This deserves a special shout-out! We got off the bus at Zangwang Yanwu, and it was a two-minute walk to the hotel. Right across from the hotel is Zangwang Plaza with lots of food options. The next day, we checked out and stored our luggage, then walked about ten minutes to the attraction's entrance. After leaving the scenic area, we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and then went back to the original bus stop for our return journey. So convenient!"

The restaurant downstairs offers great value for money and even has special performances. Their double hotpot set is generously portioned and absolutely delicious – I was incredibly satisfied.
The service is also top-notch; the staff are responsive, always ready to help, and very reliable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive too, with bathtubs in the rooms and an outdoor hot spring. There's also a self-service laundry room, making our stay here completely hassle-free. The owner even helped arrange round-trip transportation. The hotel's location is perfect – it's just a 10-minute walk to the scenic area, which saved us a lot of time and hassle getting around. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, making for a really comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

PPoko Blue (Hui)The hotel location was great, only about a kilometer from the park entrance. The room itself was good, like other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The breakfast was also good. However, 1 out of the 3 rooms I booked had a noticeable and quite strong smoke smell, even though the room was listed as non-smoking and no smoking signs were put up in the room. Apart from that, everything else was good. There was also a McDonald's in the hotel, which gave you good food options. There is an image below on that McDonald's!

The overall decor is refined and grand, while the common areas are elegant and comfortable, making for an excellent stay. The cleanliness is rigorously maintained, with every detail spotless. LLiziyuebaobeiI booked a great value package on Trip.com for May 4th-7th, with no extra charges! On our second day, a hotel staff member, Zhaxi, led us on a reconnaissance walk around the hotel (we were lucky to get one-on-one service as there weren't many guests). The next day, I took my parents to re-experience the 'hidden trail hike' at Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. We were fortunate it didn't rain, and the three of us walked for nearly two hours, taking breaks. Along the way, we not only breathed in fresh air from the vast forest but also enjoyed beautiful scenery.
Thanks to the F&B team for surprising my dad with a small birthday cake. At dinner, they also served longevity noodles and a special fruit platter (wild small cherries).
We had a very pleasant stay at Banyan Tree these past few days. Although its location isn't ideal compared to other Banyan Tree/Angsana properties, and there's a large area of unfinished buildings outside that are quite an eyesore, the hotel staff's service was truly impeccable and thoughtful. The chef would discreetly check in on us during meals and even recommended delicious wild vegetables. At breakfast, they would proactively pour our coffee. In short, Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou might not have the best hardware I've ever experienced, but the staff's perfectly balanced service left a deep impression on me.
P.S. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents, after much consideration, I decided we would comfortably stay at the hotel for these few days, then check out and head to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, stay there for one night, and explore the park for two days. This way, it wasn't too tiring.
Finally, I'd like to thank @Yan Zhaxi, @Rao Junqiang, @Pu Shuqiang, @Tao Xiaoqiang, and @Xiao Jiujiu (Xiao Zhou, Xiao Wu, Xiao Ye) once again for their warm service to our entire family during our stay.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's okay because you can take the train. There are a lot of train options, so it's easy to get around. I decided to check in alone to get some rest. They have electric kettles and coffee machines, as well as instant noodles. It's a good place to relax before going to work. The lobby offers self-service coffee, milk tea, and coconut milk, which is great. They also provide 24-hour one-on-one butler service, which is a nice touch.

The parent-child themed rooms were a hit with the kids, featuring officially licensed cartoon themes that excited the little ones as soon as they entered.

There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. The owner is very professional and thoughtful, even providing tourists with tour route guides and important tips. Parking is also quite convenient; during peak season, you can call the hotel when you're nearby, and a staff member will come to guide you to a parking spot. When choosing a hotel, I specifically looked for one with a shower partition so that the bathroom wouldn't get completely wet after showering. The room has air conditioning, power outlets on both sides of the bed, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and disposable toiletries, which is very comprehensive.
Some of the facilities are a bit old, for example, the faucet on the sink was wobbly, the showerhead connection was spraying water, and the shower door didn't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from the overall experience; I was very satisfied with my two-night stay and the service I received.
