Choosing this hotel for our Jiuzhaigou trip was such a smart move! It's really close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, so we didn't have to rush in the morning to get in early, making our whole trip super convenient. The biggest surprise was the huge rooftop terrace on the sixth floor. After a day of enjoying the Jiuzhaigou scenery, we could go up to the terrace in the evening, feel the mountain breeze, and take in the distant views – it was incredibly relaxing and had an amazing vibe! Downstairs, there are tons of shops, including restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty stores, so eating, stocking up on supplies, and buying local products were all just a short walk away, making daily life incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou, and I genuinely recommend it to all travelers!

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

The biggest highlight of Banyan Tree is definitely its excellent spa products! Especially the various scents, they greatly alleviate travel fatigue 🥱. I decisively bought a few Thai fragrances from the group. This time, I had a sudden idea to experience the Banyan Tree on the mountaintop in Jiuzhaigou, even though it's not a new hotel. However, the service overall is very much on point. I'd especially like to commend Xiao Yan at the front desk for accurately perceiving guests' preferences regarding their needs – truly commendable. Ms. Wu Lixi, a manager in the front office, was also particularly professional when introducing fragrances. Regarding the F&B section, I want to especially praise Manager Yan at the restaurant. The red wine he recommended was excellent, and the spicy pepper beef stir-fry (diaolong) with it was incredibly delicious. Manager Rao Junqiang was also an exceptionally efficient F&B professional, with incredibly quick responses. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for many years, I can truly appreciate the heartwarming and attentive service. I wish Banyan Tree continued prosperity 😍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious choices every morning.I want to give a special thanks to Lucy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite substantial – the rice noodles were delicious! It's also easy to get a taxi. After booking, a staff member contacted us, and upon check-in, a concierge provided us with a Jiuzhaigou guide and hotel information. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes to order from; I highly recommend the yak hot pot. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Location: Right next to the park entrance, about 5-600 meters away, a 10-minute walk. Very convenient, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Service: The front desk staff was lovely, upgraded my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, and even brought my takeout up to my room! Room: Pretty good, but some of the facilities are a bit old, likely because the hotel has been open for a while. Overall: Decent.

There's also a food street nearby, so it's convenient for dining and shopping. I highly recommend the yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine at the food street. They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. Honestly, the hotel was really nice overall. The location is perfect—only about a 15-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which made it super easy to get there early before the crowds. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well, which is always a win after a long day of walking around. The staff were friendly too, always smiling and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the bathroom. The toilet area has these glass walls that are pretty much see-through, so there’s not a lot of privacy if you're traveling with someone who’s not a partner or close family. It’s a bit awkward, honestly. Wish they’d at least put in a curtain or frosted glass. But aside from that, it was a solid stay. Great location, comfy bed, and nice people. Would probably stay again, just maybe not if I’m sharing a room with a friend.

There is not much to eat around in winter, and I am too lazy to run. There are many varieties of breakfast. For this price, it is still good. In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
