The hotel's decor is clean and modern, and the hygiene is excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for. Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient. Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

Extremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was decent, not noticeably different from what you'd expect from chain hotels like Atour. The bathroom, in particular, was a pleasant surprise with its Toto fixtures. Compared to other ******* regions, the facilities here are remarkably well-equipped. The owner thoughtfully placed us in the innermost building, away from the street and on the 3rd floor, which made it wonderfully quiet. The restaurant was excellent, offering a rich taste of ******* culture, providing a great opportunity for the kids to experience the local ethnic minority charm. Breakfast was also very good, and they even generously gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The taxi they arranged for our trip to Jiuzhaigou on the second day was also very punctual. Highly recommend!

This was my first solo trip and I was really happy with this guesthouse. I ordered takeout and had it delivered to where the bus dropped me off, and the owner came to pick me up. The owner was very kind and enthusiastic. The room was very clean and tidy. Jiuzhaigou's scenery is beautiful and definitely worth it! The only downside was how tiring the bus ride was. I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my solo trip! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming from the very beginning. A day before my check-in, he reached out to confirm my train arrival time and gave me clear instructions on where to wait so he could pick me up from the station. It made my arrival completely stress-free. Despite that, the transfer I booked dropped me directly at the hotel front. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and gave me plenty of energy for a full day exploring Jiuzhaigou National Park. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the park, which made getting around so easy and convenient. The owner also recommended a fantastic local restaurant for dinner, where I got to enjoy authentic local dishes that were absolutely delicious. The hospitality I received made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou, whether you’re traveling solo or with family and friends. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

Flowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

Stayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

This time, I was traveling with my elderly parents and children. The original plan was to head straight back to Chengdu after visiting Jiuzhaigou, but I was worried about my parents getting tired and I really enjoyed the weather in Jiuzhaigou, so we decided to stay another night and chose this hotel. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, and directly across the road is Zangwang Plaza, which is also a stop for the direct shuttle bus from the scenic area to the high-speed rail station – super convenient! As for the room, it was very spacious, with a small slide and a tent, which the kids absolutely loved.

The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

We booked this hotel after leaving Jiuzhaigou, as many closer hotels were already fully booked. We had to keep searching further away from Zangwang Square and the scenic area until we found this one. We checked out the room before booking. It was a lovely family room with two beds; one was a bunk bed. The top bunk was designed like a small wooden playhouse, and the bottom was for sleeping. Our child was so excited they didn't want to leave. There are a couple of drawbacks, depending on what you're looking for. Since the rooms are built close together, some don't have windows. Our particular room did have a window with some plants outside, but it mainly looked out onto a wall and greenery. We visited during New Year's Day, and it was quite cold. This room didn't seem to have central heating. It took a long time to warm up the room using the air conditioner. This wouldn't be an issue in other seasons, but I hope there's a quicker way to heat the room when it's cold.
