The hotel's decor is clean and modern, and the hygiene is excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for. Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient. Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

The owner is incredibly welcoming! Breakfast is also delicious with a great variety, including fruit. The room is very clean too! There are even two well-behaved cats in the courtyard. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free ride to the scenic spots. Plus, there's a complimentary ******* clothing try-on activity! I highly recommend everyone stay here.

The room was decent, not noticeably different from what you'd expect from chain hotels like Atour. The bathroom, in particular, was a pleasant surprise with its Toto fixtures. Compared to other ******* regions, the facilities here are remarkably well-equipped. The owner thoughtfully placed us in the innermost building, away from the street and on the 3rd floor, which made it wonderfully quiet. The restaurant was excellent, offering a rich taste of ******* culture, providing a great opportunity for the kids to experience the local ethnic minority charm. Breakfast was also very good, and they even generously gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The taxi they arranged for our trip to Jiuzhaigou on the second day was also very punctual. Highly recommend!

The butler was excellent, very attentive, proactively helped with luggage, and guided us through check-in. The facilities were very complete, everything you could need was there. The hygiene was clean and tidy. The environment was good; although it's about 4-5 kilometers from the valley entrance, they offer shuttle services, which was very convenient. The service was exceptional; they confirmed many details in advance. On our first day, there was a power outage in the valley, and they even brought a thoughtful little gift. I completely understood the power outage since it affected the entire valley, but their gesture was a delightful surprise.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my solo trip! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming from the very beginning. A day before my check-in, he reached out to confirm my train arrival time and gave me clear instructions on where to wait so he could pick me up from the station. It made my arrival completely stress-free. Despite that, the transfer I booked dropped me directly at the hotel front. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and gave me plenty of energy for a full day exploring Jiuzhaigou National Park. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the park, which made getting around so easy and convenient. The owner also recommended a fantastic local restaurant for dinner, where I got to enjoy authentic local dishes that were absolutely delicious. The hospitality I received made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou, whether you’re traveling solo or with family and friends. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

Flowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

Stayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

Traveling with my family of three during the summer holiday, I looked at many hotels and chose this one, Dolanda. The location is excellent; the bus stops right at Zangwang Yanwu Square, making our return trip easy. The area is packed with places to eat, including specialty restaurants, supermarkets, and popular chains like Ba Wang Cha Ji, Luckin Coffee, KFC, and Starbucks—everything you could ask for. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The service was also great! The hotel is on the second floor, and there are dedicated staff downstairs to help with luggage. The front desk staff were warm and courteous. After checking out, I realized I left some cosmetics in the room, and the housekeeper immediately messaged me about it. The breakfast policy is very thoughtful; children under 17 eat for free, unlike other hotels that charge based on height. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. My daughter and I found the 1.35-meter beds perfect, no need to push beds together. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful, and even though it was exhausting, it was absolutely worth it. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely stay here!

The room was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy, with relatively new furnishings. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great room at this price point! 🥳 It was raining when I arrived, and I asked the front desk staff if they had hot water. They kindly boiled a kettle for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. 🥺 The only minor drawback was that the water heater temperature was a bit tricky to control – it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, making showering a test of precision. Also, the connection between the pipe and the showerhead was a bit loose, causing some leakage that would unexpectedly spray me. But honestly, at this price, what more could you ask for?

The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.
