Anonymous UserI rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

lazyffNestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent.
Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers.
The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady.
Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

The hotel is located in Huamei Shengdi, making it very convenient to travel to and from by the official shuttle bus. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the scenic area.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellboy came out to help us with our luggage – excellent service! Especially Janice, the guest services manager, who even gave me a small bear.
The hotel environment and room cleanliness are both excellent. On the second night, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the hotel even helped deliver an oxygen tank to my room 🫧 I was truly touched!

Daisy Fan YangAn absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk lady upgraded our room to one with a balcony and even gave us a small gift when she found out we were on our honeymoon – so thoughtful!
**Environment:** Excellent, with beautiful mountain views. The whole place is very quiet, and the decor is stylish!
**Service:** Very attentive. They arranged a driver to take us to Jiuzhaigou every day, and the driver was also super nice. The yak noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, and the lady who cooked it was so friendly, making us feel right at home.
**Facilities:** Very complete, including an open-air hot spring bath, tatami mats, and free ******* costume photography. A shame we didn't get to experience them this time, but we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

BalabalamiracleMy overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues.
I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members.
However, some unacceptable problems arose:
The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns.
The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay.
The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations.

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

Guest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, perched halfway up the mountain with a fantastic panoramic view. It's also very close to the scenic area entrance, which saved us some time in the morning.
The service was excellent. They offer pick-up and drop-off to and from the scenic area, and you can store your luggage there. The bus stop is conveniently located at the bottom of the hotel's slope.
Our room came with complimentary iced Coca-Cola, Sprite, and a fruit platter. The lobby on the first floor is also beautifully decorated and comfortable, and they provide a lovely, delicate breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied!

TianhonghanThe room was more spacious than we expected. We booked a family room with a 1.8m double bed and a 1.2m bed, which was perfectly adequate – the double bed actually felt more like 2 meters. The beds were super soft, comparable to what you'd find in a chain hotel, and everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel's location is great, only about a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, so there's no rush in the mornings. Breakfast is available right next door. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The owner is also very familiar with the local area, so you can just ask them if you need directions or recommendations. Parking here is also quite convenient, and you can even leave your car in the parking lot all day if you're out exploring the next day. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!
