GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

AAdeline YHotel staff reached out even before trip via wechat, and we were able to stay in touch the whole time. Due to an injury and altitude sickness on the way, we were delayed and needed assistance when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and they even gave us a mountain climbing stick (left by another guest) to get around. They also arranged transport and accompaniment to the local hospital.
We felt very well taken care of during the trip, and also loved all the food at the hotel - a good thing, as nothing else is available in the area because it is too far from the town. The cooking is superb - portions are huge sharing ones so the price is reasonable. Breakfast is epic.
Grounds of the hotel are fun to explore - some cultural activities and little animals in the mini zoo which featured an ostrich! Yaks roamed outside the zoo while we were there. The little pond is home to geese and ducks. The kids loved it!
We visited during the low season and our room was upgraded - this is the nicest room in the hotel. There was a Chinese version of Siri which we couldnt get to work, and also heated flooring. Would love to come back in another season to see the greenery, but this was a nice holiday.

NNanguajiangExtremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again.

XXuechumikuWhat I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip.
However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this.
In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing.
Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking.
Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding.

KKarie YongThe B&B is right opposite 'Qian Gu Qing' (Romance Park), which is super convenient, and there are tons of food options all along the street. While it's a bit of a distance from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the owner arranges transfers, which is really helpful.
The room was clean and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.
My favorite part was definitely the dogs and cats at the property – they're incredibly friendly and adorable! Every day, I'd head straight to pet them when I got back to the B&B; it was so therapeutic 🥹
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserI'm not a shill, this is a genuine review. The guesthouse has a great location. If you take the Jiuzhai tour bus, you can get off at Zangwang Station and it's a two-minute walk from there. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities like KFC and Starbucks. It's also very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, about a 15-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks and fruit, and disposable bath towels and face towels. There's a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak or foot bath after exploring the scenic area. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The staff were warm and polite.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Tea Horse Ancient Road Hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The location is excellent—only a 5–10 minute walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it very convenient for visiting the scenic area. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel has an elevator, which is a big plus, especially if you are traveling with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including bath gel, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, disposable bath and face towels, and slippers.
What made the stay even better was the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They were always willing to assist and made me feel at home.
Overall, this is a great hotel with an unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The stay took place from 3 April to 4 April (one night). The room configuration (four women) could enable clear individual spatial demarcation, with beds, storage, and circulation zones arranged in a structured and accessible manner.
Furthermore, cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level, with sanitary facilities (toilet and washroom) presenting an elevated standard of hygiene. Bathrooms were well-maintained, and the inclusion of a good performance hair dryer (Dyson) introduced a degree of functional refinement not typically associated with the accommodation tier. Service interaction at the reception was attentive and accommodating disposition. The surrounding micro-environment provided immediate access to small-scale dining establishments, convenience retail, and riverside pedestrian pathways, that could support short-duration logistical needs.
The total price amounted to 264 CNY for one night, corresponding to approximately 66 CNY per person, representing an exceptionally favourable price-to-value ratio within the category. For a one-night stay with friends, the room operated efficiently and without disruption, and the overall arrangement felt both practical and sufficiently comfortable within the scope of the trip.
