I didn't plan to stay near the ditch mouth originally, but later my schedule changed and I booked this hotel temporarily. I didn't expect to be quite satisfied. It was already early in the morning when we arrived at the store, and the store owner was very considerate to help us turn on the heating in advance~ The facilities are complete, the environment is good, and everything you need is there. It's about a 10-minute drive from the entrance of the scenic area. You can park your car at the entrance of the hotel and take a taxi, which saves you the trouble of parking. There are not enough parking spaces in the scenic area, especially now in the peak season.

Beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The restaurant staff is simply incredible - very service-oriented, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room is quite big and the beds were comfortable. It takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance from the hotel and costs RMB 15 by taxi. We forgot to check out and called the hotel from the train station - the front desk was kind enough to check us out virtually and did not penalize us for not returning the card keys. A previous hotel in Xi'an charged us RMB 30 for a lost card key.

My recent trip to Jiuzhaigou was an unforgettable family adventure. We set off in the early morning, eager to explore the breathtaking landscapes that this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for. Our first stop was the stunning 长海 (Chang Hai), which truly took my breath away. The vibrant colors and serene atmosphere made it the highlight of our visit. After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty. Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration. At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire. We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

I was traveling with my dog ​​and found this hotel. Because pets are not allowed in Jiuzhaigou, I let my dog ​​stay in the hotel during the day. Many places don't allow this, but this hotel not only allows it, but also has a special dog cage on the balcony, and a self-service free laundry room with drying function and complete equipment.

She not only helped me put the clothes in the washing machine, but also put them in the dryer to dry. The clothes were still warm the next morning, and my heart was warm. Environment: The environment is very good, and the scenery as soon as you leave the room is also very healing. The location is excellent, and you will pass by here when you take the bus in and out of Jiuzhaigou. It is also very quiet at night. It is a super comfortable two nights. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again in the future, I will stay here again.

The room was very clean, quite spacious and very quiet because the hotel is located uphill and away from major roads in the village. The hosts also pick us up and drops us off at the bus station, entrance to Jiuzhaigou National Forest, or the Jiuzhai Qian Gu Qing show. The breakfast has a charge of 10 CNY per person at the time of my visit, and you can taste the authentic Tibetan butter milk tea, butter cake, and highland barley cake. They also offer free robing of the Tibetan attire for you to take pictures or wear it to an event. I cannot say enough good things about this accommodation. I highly suggest this "home stay" without reservation.

The upgraded parent-child room is very awesome! The location is also very good, very close to the ditch mouth, and you can walk there. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
