AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options. A lovely bonus was the complimentary supper served in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is also conveniently located near Jiuzhaigou, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

SShuiqianzTo visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking.
Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience.
The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious.
When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more.

XXiaoyangzaichengduThis hotel feels really nice, and it's not at a high altitude. The service attitude, in particular, is excellent. The butler will contact you in advance, and if you're going to Jiuzhaigou National Park the next day, they'll drop you off at the park entrance and can even pick you up afterward. The drivers for the shuttle service are also very good. Both the male and female butlers are super nice and respond immediately if you need anything. The hotel's decor is also very new and beautiful. The hot spring baths have a very Japanese feel, with three suitably sized pools. Whether you're returning from Jiuzhaigou or planning to go the next day, you can take a dip to relieve fatigue, and it helps you sleep well. This hotel seems to be one of the best in the town, offering great value for money. The room facilities are also fantastic, and the private onsen rooms are excellent too. Overall, it's the top choice for self-driving or independent travelers.

WWeng 發The location is great, very close to the gully entrance. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby! They even gave us two blind box figurines when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. We used the provided meal voucher for a delicious dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant.
The stay itself was pretty standard, not much different from other hotels. Laundry is self-service and free, but there are only three washing machines, so you need to go early to queue up. The room has oxygen supply, but I still didn't sleep that well, maybe due to some altitude sickness. It could also be because the air conditioning is on automatic constant temperature, and it felt a bit stuffy. I asked the reception if they had a fan, but they didn't. I'm used to having air circulation to sleep, so I ended up having trouble sleeping both nights. Despite that, the overall experience was still good 👍

GGuest UserStayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

For dinner, we tried the local specialty beef hot pot for 188 yuan, and all the vegetables and staple foods were complimentary – there was so much food that our family of three couldn't even finish it all. There's also a free laundry room on the second floor, which is very convenient. 👍 Upon check-out, they even gave us complimentary souvenirs: highland barley cakes and seabuckthorn juice.

GGuest UserUnfamiliar with Jiuzhai and not wanting to stay at the gully entrance, I opted for an established hotel.
The environment and facilities were perfect, just as expected. After two tiring days of travel, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel was very quiet. The highlight was waking up in the morning, opening the curtains, and seeing the snow-capped mountains right outside the window – a moment of pure tranquility. It's also conveniently located near major attractions.
Around the hotel, there are art galleries, museums, and a very professional coffee shop. While out for a stroll in the evening, I stumbled upon a beautiful lantern festival exhibition.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and recommended many travel tips and must-see attractions in Jiuzhaigou.
If you're driving, you can head towards Shenxianchi. The mountain road along the way is very enjoyable, transforming from viewing snow-capped mountains from afar to actually being among them. It's a completely different experience away from the crowds.

The yak hot pot was spectacular as was their Sichuan-style sausage, and the daily Chinese breakfast buffet. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

LLaoxie～This time, our family stayed at the Vienna International Hotel, and the front desk service was truly excellent. They called us in advance before we arrived, informing us about the hotel's location and offering helpful tips, so we didn't have to worry about finding it. They also upgraded our room beforehand because we were traveling with a child, and the upgraded room was much more spacious. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, making for a great experience. In the mornings, they even provide a shuttle service to the scenic spots, which was incredibly convenient. If we ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
