The chatrium riverside was excellent as usual the only personal problem for me was the a/c it’s loud even when on low fan at night apart from that superb! Recommend the Cabernet sauvignon ‘bread and butter napa valley’ delicious!

Excellent hotel - great location out of the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok but still close enough for a quick grab somewhere. Hotel provides a boat shuttle to Sathorn pier where you can take train or ferries up the river. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Two things were lost during our stay and both found quickly by staff, which we were very grateful. Breakfast was excellent - probably the best we’ve had! Very happy kids with fresh pancakes and waffles. Even an ice coffee station which we loved. There was some renovation work being completed while we were there but it wasn’t noticeable. Would definitely come back if staying in Bangkok again! Thank you everyone!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Bangkok. Everything was excellent, from the warm service and thoughtful amenities to the stunning venue. The hotel is beautifully designed, and our stay was truly enjoyable.

Amazing room cleaning, and the staff is extremely polite. The location is not perfect, but it's quite cheap to get to the city centre with a taxi

The Sunreno hotel is located around 100 metres from Asiatique & there are 7-11 within walking distance at either side of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had a kitchenette and small dining table. It was very quiet even though you are just across the street from Asiatique. Lots of restaurants shopping and a grocery store walking distance. The water ferry is also right there. Some street vendors & Thai restaurants are within easy walking distance. Plus point was a small balcony where we could go outside & get some fresh air. Water pressure was just fine. Overall cleanliness was good & if anyone wants to stay nearby Asiatique, I recommend it.

Traveling for business but with my Thai wife, and we spent a free couple days here near her family. Great hotel, great service, and Dada was a wonderful Chef who seems like the master chef of breakfast, really could see the pride she took in her breakfast prep…..making sure everyone knew the various foods. It was all delicious!

Big Hotel with large river view rooms, good service and a great breakfast buffet. Riverside location is nice, but not close to BTS or MRT, so a lot of taxis required. Internet very poor to non-existent!

Hotel Once is a standout for staycations. I stayed in the Jacuzzi Executive room, which features a large in-room jacuzzi and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. The room's chandelier adds a touch of glamour, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy moments. It's an ideal spot for couples looking to create memorable experiences. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the popular Asiatique riverside attraction. The area is surrounded by locally recommended restaurants and numerous specialty coffee shops. The room was well-equipped with amenities including soap, conditioning shampoo, a hairdryer, and purchasable bath bombs. However, separate hair conditioner was not provided. A tasty mocktail welcome drink is served at the 8th-floor restaurant, which can also be enjoyed at the rooftop. They also offer a delicious welcome snack of soft cookies. Staff service was attentive and thorough. Breakfast is a buffet à la carte style. While each dish takes some time to prepare, it ensures hot, freshly made food. The taste was excellent. I tried the Pork Basil Rice, Pork Rice Porridge, Eggs Benedict, and the American Breakfast set. Coffee is available, though I didn't try it. The buffet line includes bread, yogurt, fruits, salad, and fruit juices. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, the rooftop was closed during my stay. However, I managed to visit later at night and found the ambiance perfect for a romantic date. While overall impressed, there were some drawbacks. The cold water tap in the bathroom sink had very low pressure. More critically, the air conditioner was extremely noisy. As a light sleeper, this significantly disrupted my rest, leading to a restless night and a headache the next morning. In conclusion, while Hotel Once offers many attractive features, the core function of a hotel - providing a good night's sleep - was compromised. This aspect somewhat diminishes its standing as a top-tier hotel in my view.

Our second stay at this hotel. Still very good value and in a good location for visiting the Bangkok riverfront area. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Fair distance from the centre (Sukhumvhit) area. The hotel is perhaps looking a bit tired and in need for some new decor but the rooms are well equipped and very spacious. Staff friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast was of a fairly good standard. Overall still a good hotel that we would happily use again

The photos on their website doesn’t match the room we take especially with the view😂. Maybe for business travel is fine but not for family travel.
