A good location which was walking distance to where we wanted to be but not everyone would be happy with this location. The hotel had everything we needed including a great little rooftop pool and chill area. Great staff, excellent breakfast and everything was perfect for our short two day stay. Recommended!

We came with very high expectations. From getting out from the taxi and being whisked to the 39th floor to check in to the time we checked out, everything was seamless, especially the staff which were most responsive to any request we had, as were also the complimentary room upgrade. The id work was stunning, and we also appreciate the beautiful fresh flowers arrangements. Food at the deli and skybar was tasty. The one item that was annoying was the Chrome Cast on the tv. I couldn't set it up with my latest Honor phone and my partner's OPPO needed far too many steps to get the job done. Mirroring or Screen Sharing options are much more user friendly. Overall I would give a 9.5/10 for our night's stay

I would like to flag an issue happened during my stay. I have 2 bookings, 1st one from 20-21 April; 2nd one from 21–23 April. That makes a total 3 nights stay and I have already let them know upon check-in. 21 April night, 23:03, a hotel staff knocked my door and asked me to leave as he claimed I only had 1 night booking. I was trying to explain and show him the booking confirmation, but he insisted I need to go down and talk to him downstairs. He kept showing me how his system looks like and telling me I only had 1 night. So instead of going to bed, I had to put on my clothes and go down to sort it out. The rude staff left, however, there was another one with a resting ***** face sitting in the reception. When I explained what happened to me just now, he just said “I know I know”, I don’t really know what he knows, and he had really arrogant attitude. He didn’t even want to apologise for all the hassle caused to me in the midnight. I hope the owner sees this post, and your 2 staff deserved to be fired. I am not coming back to this place again.

I booked this hotel for a short stay while I waited for my flight to Japan. The hostel had a café, but most of the customers seemed to be enjoying smoking ****, creating a laid-back atmosphere. Everyone appeared to be having their own peaceful time. The hostel itself was fantastic, offering all the basic facilities, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, it was a great experience at the hostel.

Positive things: Great room views. Hotel is clean. The variety and quality of toilet ametities are very good. Negative things: Awful staff attitude. I inserted in the reservation, made sure to the lady at the check-in, that I would like a quiet room. However, I was put into a room next to the elevator, and that elevator there is VERY NOISY. Everytime the elevarot worked up or down, I could hear it working in side my room. I inquired the reception, informing my room number, to be told immediately the hotel was fully booked, I did insisted that the noise was not pleasant at all. The answer given, in a very rude tone, was that I should try to change for the other night. I then told them that I am staying for one night only. To no avail or change of attitude. After much insistence and even the interference of a local friend who works for the brand, I was changed to another room. In this oher room, to my surprise, there was CONTINUOUS LOUD NOISE FROM RENOVATIONS. Note that it was already 21h00 (9pm). I was even told that in this brand the have a ”golden rule” of not making noise after 17h (5pm). Which again, more unpleasant exchanges with reception with another interference of my friend (who was also shocked) almost one hour after I was ”upgraded” the room. At this new room, which by my view wasn't that different from my original ones, it was finally quiet. Seems that was a room rarely used and with various stains in carpet and bed sheets. However with the stress that I went by, really didn't cover it. It was now five hours of annoying unnecessary stresses with the hotel staff. It is not really a cheap hotel and it has an image of a prestigious brand. The staff attitude was less than acceptable throughout the whole experience. Fortunately I was lucky for my friend to intervene in my favour. Glad that I had to stay only one night. At check-out, I was faced with even unprepared individual who did not know how to use a card machine. I know it's a Hilton, but I can say it was one, if not the most irksome experiences that I have ever dealt with.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Reasonable price for prime location! The room is clean. The bed is really comfy. You’ll get a nice view from a tall window. Shower area is separated from the toilet. This might be convenience for couple or family. Light system is a bit strange but overall you can turn on-off the light from your bed. Extra: breakfast is reasonable price, with cook-to-order egg menus. The hotel has dim sum, but I didn’t try. Also, there was a really nice looking rooftop bar which I didn’t have chance to try.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at this hotel, especially the junior receptionists and housekeeping lady on 3rd floor. They were very helpful and considerate of customer preferences without any hard selling tactics. I experienced a smoking smell coming from the air conditioner in a non smoking room. I understand this was likely caused by a guest smoking illegally. After I reported it, the staff immediately offered to change my room and even assisted with food and parcel deliveries. Besides the prime location—just a 3 minute walk from the BTS. What made me choose this hotel was the exceptional service from the staff. However, I would like to point out one incident. I once ordered a soft drink via room service and was served by a young female staff member from the F&B. I politely asked if I could change the payment method from cash to QR code, but she declined and gave me an unexpected expression. It had been a long business day, and the price I paid was not just for the drink but for the comfort and service I expected after a tiring day. I wish she can adjust her attitude toward Thai customers. This hotel will def become more popular among locals not only foreign tourists. Lastly, I’d like to highlight how much I appreciated the housekeeper. She always placed the towel on the bed exactly how I did after she made the bed daily. ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in BKK. Top notch service. The bellboys were quick to serve at the lobby. Hotel check-in was fast too. All the staff are so friendly. Room is big, neat and tidy. They also offered to swop my room in the 3rd day as my bathroom wall was damaged due to the recent earthquake, and even provided me free food platter as a courtesy of inconvenience. Not to mention the bed was super comfy! Amenities were abundant. The gym was well equipped and has a nice view facing the pool. Location wise just a 5mins walk to BTS Nong Si stn. There's also a 7-Eleven just about 100m away. Breakfast was awesome. Very wide spread of different cuisine (Chinese, Indian, Thai, Western). Love their beverages too (they provide alcohol, cold drinks, juices, coffee/tea, milk and even Thai milk tea). Overall I'm really satisfied with W hotel. Will definitely stay agn nxt time!

GGuest User1. The hotel is quiet in the middle of the city. In the alley behind the downtown. 2. Very close to Chulalongkorn University and Sanyam Shopping Mall. It is only a few hundred meters to the King Power Building, 2 kilometers to the park of the giant lizard, 2 kilometers to the night market of Chulalongkorn University, and the Grand Palace. It is very convenient. The subway entrance is 500 meters. My three children and I go to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The subway is very convenient. 3. The service attitude is very good. 4. Pay special attention to the number of people: I booked a room for 2 nights online. When I arrived, my 13-year-old daughter, 18-year-old eldest child, and 6-year-old third child, the waiter said that only 2 people can stay in one room. I have to book another room. My daughter communicated in English, and then I booked another standard room for 1,000 baht a night for 2 nights. The 650-meter hotel bed has 1.2 beds, which can only sleep one adult.

DDoctor DrFirst, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken. After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.

CCHEOLDeluxe apartment. 110,000 won per night for 60 square meters. Pros 1. Considering the price, you have to give 5 stars. 2. The rooms are very spacious and have separate bedrooms. Air conditioning is also available. 3. Good bed and bedding. 4. Clean well and no strange smell. The downside is 1. The room is a bit dark even if you turn on the lights. 2. The shower curtain is a bit short, so you will be aware that the water will splash out. 3. Feeling a bit of a softness in the furniture and bathroom. 4. The location of the hostel is ambiguous. (You can ride around ..)

GGuest UserHaving spent 2 weeks on Koh Samui, we ended our trip to Thailand with a 3 night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel. It's an amazing hotel - very clean, staff very welcoming and most spoke excellent English which made things very easy for us. The view from every room is the river which provides a great outlook. The facilities are brilliant although we didn't have time to use them all! Both pools are in great locations and have a different vibe to each - equally relaxing. Large fluffy towels are in plentiful supply too. Can't fault the cleanliness of every space and the public areas were bustling but at the same time relaxing. Would recommend. There are high end shops and the only thing that was missing (in my opinion) was a small convenience store - we needed sun cream and had to go out for it.

JJo YiKinnon has a homely feeling to it, and I recommend it for digital nomads who plan to stay longer periods because: 1. They have an in-house kitchen, and most items on their menu is only 60 THB. There’s also a fridge for all guests to use, as long as you label your food accordingly. It’s also very common for the guests here to order food delivery. 2. There are multiple working spaces here. The one shown in my picture is the “common” working area, but I believe the room with the grey room in the same picture leads to a private room (I guess you can take meetings here, idk how soundproofed it is). There’s also a TV room upstairs if you want a more relaxed environment. 3. I love their bathrooms, because there is a huge wall shelf with many compartments, so most people just leave their toiletries there. I really dislike having to carry my toiletries to the toilet every time I shower, so this was a huge bonus! It’s also very spacious compared to the bathrooms in other hostels. The cubicles are comfortably wide as well, with sufficient hooks and even a rack to place your things! One negative thing to comment is that there is a rather huge gap between the edge of the bed and the wall (refer to picture). If you’re someone who moves around a lot when you’re sleeping, you might accidentally push your stuff and it might fall down to the bed below lol. It didn’t happen to me but just be careful where you place your stuff and you’ll be fine :) Location-wise, there’s a 7Eleven, a massage parlour, and plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk. Based on Google Maps there should be both MRT and BTS stations within 10-15 minutes walk, but I did not take either of them during my stay here so I cannot comment on whether they are easy to find.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a few nights, and while everything was adequate, nothing was spectacular for the price paid. The pool was tiny, the gym lacked equipment for a decent workout, the rooms were fine and fairly soundproof. The biggest problem was that the water dispenser in the gym had very stale water, and bits of yellow stuff in the water when it was dispensed into my water bottle. I drank this water and had diarrhoea 4 times that day. I only realised it was this water when I filled my bottle again the next day, smelled the water and saw the nasty things floating around inside. I gave my feedback to the hotel, they apologised, and no compensation was offered.

WWandering ChildGreat location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The room itself was also better than what I expected considering how low the price was. The hotel also has its own little restaurant that is open from “dawn till dusk” with very delicious food.

Ii.aikAs a local, I didnt expect to meet a foreigner (Chinese) staff who doesnt speak Thai or English I would say it’s a bit disappointing Anyway, the room is nice for a quick nap, dark and comfy. The shower and toilet facilities are okay, but given the facilities are in the middle of the house making the ventilation not so nice, you can smell some humidity but since they are clean I would not say it’s bad.
