We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered us welcome drinks. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay! And the location was superb. Definitely, we will come back again.

The hotel is ok, had paid additional to upgrade to 2 connecting rooms at the Main Tower but was slightly dissatisfied that I was given a room facing the lifts. The room despite having the usual outside corridor noise, it was nice & spacious. The only drawback is the bathroom standing shower leaks water till the floor get very wet and till last day the issue cannot be resolved. A bit disappointed but overall our stay was comfortable.
The hotel lobby staff that helps with arrangements of transportation and opening the main lobby doors were very warm and friendly. Excellent service from the hotel staff.

The room is very clean and tidy, with no dust and mold at all. The services provided by the hotel are excellent as they always helped the guests to carry the luggage upon arrival, handling with care too. They also provide free buggy ride services to 5 locations shown on the map.
Breakfast also offers a wide variety of food, with different menus daily. There are also free photoshoots with their traditional Thai costumes, and the two ladies will help you in dressing up, and taking lots of photos, sent to you afterwards. Oh not to forget about their free ice cream, from 1pm to 5pm. There are many great services provided here since upon arrival till I leave the hotel. Highly recommend staying here again for this great hospitality service. 👍

The location was great, but the bed was quite firm, okay for a short nap, but not the most comfortable for a full night’s sleep. Most of the staff seemed a bit unmotivated to provide service, but there was one front desk staff member who stood out with a warm and cheerful attitude (sorry I didn’t catch their name!)

Centara was a lovely place to stay at! Staff prepared a cake for our anniversary, which was very sweet of them! Location is 8min walk from Ratchaprarop (airport rail line), which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. It is 21min walk to Chit Lom (BTS) though, which is quite far. But 10min walk away is Platinum, and another 10min away is centralwOrld (HUGE shopping mall) and Big C (HUGE supermarket). Location of the hotel is considered good. Pratunam night market right beside (outside Palladium shopping mall), and December’s (female clothings store) is further down from Platinum. 20min beyond Platinum is MBK Center. Abit far to walk but if you make stops in between, you’ll get there. Then Siam area will be after MBK, but also on the way back to Centara. The original Go-ang Pratunam chicken rice is abt 10min walk away too. In an anti clockwise direction, nearest Centara would be Platinum, December’s, MBK, Siam area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square), centralwOrld, then back to Platinum. Opp Platinum is the chicken rice, and diagonally opp Platinum is Palladium, then Centara. There’s also a massage place right at the doorstep of the hotel L1 which i went 4 days out of our 5 days stay there. Tem, Max, Pond and Kung did a wonderful job. Overall a pleasant stay and I wish we could stay longer!

First of all, it is cheap. And it is cost-effective. It is clean, has sufficient facilities, and the staff is skilled and friendly. It is very convenient to go to the airport, and you can go to Central World, Pratunam, Victory Monument, etc. by walking a little. This was my second visit, and I am satisfied again.

Never ever going back
Well It’s decent hotel but it’s just not for me. My family and I spent 4 nights. The hospitality, location, cleanliness, breakfast are all good. However the room is not well made for soundproof. This hotels room
Wall is so thin which it can be heard any time people pass by the room in hallway, next to room and even apart the room. Recommend for whom stay 1 to 2 nights. Late night sleeper, party people.

1. Good location, you can walk to the victory monument BTS. Besides, the hotel provided the tuk tuk shuttle for free. It's really exclusive and interesting.
2. The hotel is really clean and the room conditions are really good. Nice view.

Mind you, it might be too good to be true but this hotel will exceed anyone's expectation for the price.
Very convenient, walking distance to MRT, Platinum Mall, Big C, Central World and any other tourist destination in Pratunam.
The location of the hotel is inside of a village which makes it relaxing to stay after a long day in busy areas.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I love soaking in the jacuzzi with warm water to relax my body.
The staffs are caring and accommodating. They have coffee machine, microwave oven and free cookies at the lobby for free.
Highly recommended 👏

EEricRahmani stay here because of the location at Pratunam area but i felt so sad because i have to use the stairs to go to my room at level 3. the elevator is not working. and I am not sure what happen to this hotel because it is quite creepy and dark due to lack of lights. my hotel room was just okay but the problem that i have to dealnis the air conditioned. After use for anwhile, suddenly the water leak from the air conditioned and hopefully the management will fix it a.s.a.p
