Only 9th and 18th floor is good and cleaner than other floors. Had to change room for 4 time for few reasons in 7 days but stuff were very helpful and friendly. Stuff named Ten at the reception was so helpful and understanding. :)
It’s a bit OLD hotel but with that price and daily room service and fresh bed sheet I think the hotel is okay and stuff made it easier for me to stay for a week.
The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

- Aesthetically pleasing decor throughout the hotel.
- simple check in
- Location is good, especially if you travel using a bike it’s faster to get around.
- lacking attention to detail.. curtains don’t fit the windows properly.. the electricity kept going out - at least 4 times an evening and throughout the night… something about it felt incomplete - no slippers/shower gel in the room, confusion to get basic hand towels/floor mat.
- went down for breakfast once and it was crap. Didn’t seem to be much choice.
Note: Remind your Chinese staff they don’t need to shout
老外 when they see people who look different to them!! The fact is we are all foreigners to Thailand, including them!! Leave that ignorant behaviour at home, we don’t appreciate it on holiday.

PROS: Nice modern interiors & cozy large bed in the room. Quiet place to rest and relax. Decent window views. Almost complete and decent facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym.
CONS: Far from town & MRT; need taxi to reach. Not by walking. Far to get cheap & clean good food nearby, especially during Songkran. Only place is 7-Eleven outside the hotel. No air-con at room corridors.

Inspite of the Google reviews not being so positive, we thought the hotel was not bad especially for the price we paid for 4 days. Had all the amenities and the room looked nice too. We didn’t hear any noises from the nearby club at night. Definitely an older hotel but it’s got a charm to it. Room service and hotel staff were always quick to help when needed. We got their breakfast on the last day and it was one of the tastiest pad Thai I’ve had, along with many more breakfast options. Loved we had a washer/dryer in our room and it worked pretty well. Wish they had given us a small sachet of laundry detergent so that we don’t have to buy one only to waste it. Finding a Grab was not too bad to and from Bangkok downtown. Never got to check the pool or the gym because we were too jet lagged but looked good in the pics. We would definitely recommend this

Review for Pillow B Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand
I recently stayed at Pillow B Hotel in Bangkok, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and refreshing, with a new and well-maintained interior. Everything was spotless, making the environment feel inviting and comfortable.
The staff truly stood out – they were incredibly friendly, always greeting you with warm smiles and providing exceptional service. Their hospitality added a welcoming touch to my stay.
The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly designed to make the most of the space. It was functional, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the size, the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax.
Overall, Pillow B Hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend it!

Love love love this hotel! The amenities are great! The Onsen was such a Nice experience, with it being my first time. Very clean and hygienic and all the staff were kind. The room was nice and the restaurant had some great dishes. The location is the best! You literally walk outside of the hotel and have so many options of bars, massage places, and restaurants. Definitely will be my go to!!! The only thing I wish is that the hotel would have a bar or service alcohol beverages. Sometimes it’s nice to order room service and be able to stay in the hotel and have a cocktail.

One of my favorite places to stay in the area of Thonglor. The hotel is older but refurbished beautifully and very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool and views from the pool area are outstanding. The bed and pillows were great and the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional, they also provide a small shuttle to the Thonglor businesses.

Outstanding
JJkoh1Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19
TtheshortmonsterI recently stayed at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is centrally located between Asok and Phrom Pong station, very near to Terminal 21 and the new Emsphere shopping centre. And there are a wide selection of good clean massage shops outside the hotel.
The check in process was smooth and efficient. Even though I checked in very late close to midnight, the staff at the reception were very welcoming. The staff was very kind to upgrade me to a room that comes with a bathtub! Appreciate the very kind gesture.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as will in maintaining the room each day.
The service from the concierge staff was exceptional as well. They were always friendly, professional and eager to assist with my requests.
Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The combination of excellent service, convenient location and very comfortable room made my stay truly enjoyable.
SSerenity B.I wanted to love this place because from the photos - it looks amazing!
There are really nice pros but not enough for me to pay the rather expensive room rate.
PRO-
stunning building, vivid colour- not faded at all so it stands out in the neighborhood!
THE roof is AMAZING! large lounge space fabulous cross breeze. ( rainy season so bar was closed but guests were still allowed to use the space)
This place would make an excellent spot for an event- (just make sure you stay on the 4th or 5th floor so you can walk up to the roof because the elevator can comfortably hold 2 people)
The pottery classes, board games, and lobby space are definite winners!
The jungle room exactly as pictured with strong water pressure in the shower and AC works great. There are cool coloured lighting options in the bedroom
The outdoor tub is much bigger than it looks- can fit three people easily! The pool sits deeper into the balcony so the view from inside the pool gives you city nightlife.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable and there are 3 English movie channels.
NOT FOR ME
Fig Lobby doesn't have a pool. You have to walk from their back parking lot, pass the dumpsters, through an alley to the back of the building, in the back of Fig Lobby to use the pool.
Bit disappointed with the abundance of fake plants in the jungle room- not even the one on the balcony was real.
It is not a real kitchenette because there is no sink, no utensils, no plates, or a plain ol' hot water kettle.
There is a coffee machine and two ridiculously small coffee mugs. The kitchen area shelves are completely empty making them useless in the space. There is no microwave and the fridge space is taken up by the mini bar items. Water provided are refilled glass bottles with new caps
There is no door for the actual toilet area which wouldn't matter if you are alone but offers no privacy if you are with others.
The bar area faces away from the TV so you can't sit there to eat and watch TV. The table in front of the TV is a bit low to comfortably eat from. They definitely need a side table for the living room and the outdoor tub area.
It's odd that you can't access the outdoor tub from the bathroom. Since the tub is so huge, it does take a rather long time to fill up. There are extra towels in the tub area but the tub could use some sort of neck support, a floating table, etc
You can't just walk onto the balcony - you have to step over a ledge and down onto the balcony. The view from the balcony is unimpressive and you are close enough to have conversations with people on the balcony in the next building.
There are sliding doors between each area, however none of them lock. There is a Rotary styled phone by the bed which is too bulky and awkwardly placed.
What tipped the scale for me was the room darkening curtains in the bedroom. the Transparent glass in bathroom door beams with light, contradicting the purpose of room darkening curtains.
Individually these complaints are not deal breakers but each time I found an unfortunate feature, the oversll satisfaction of the place diminished. I would rate it 6 out of 10
TThe Dividend NomadThe front desk staff were very friendly and fast. Level of English was excellent and checking in was very easy and fast. There is a little Japanese restaurant and bar / coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast also. Also the gym was very nice and clean and had everything you need. Nearby working 1-2 minutes walk were lots of food , coffee, massage , ******** shops etc. was only 60 baht grab ride to airport and about 6-7 minutes drive. Illl stay here again if need a nice clean place to stay near the airport.
SSidney JohnGreat hotel when needing a simple, easy hotel for a short stay! My go to when in the city for a quick trip knowing i'll be out most of the time!

JJohnny EuroIt's our second time staying in this hotel. The workers are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooms have shampoo, soaps, water, fridge, toiletries, and a big bath. The breakfast is more Asian style with some European style pastries and bread available. It tastes nice tho. Free coffee all day too. Check in and check out can take a little bit of time, so be patient for that as the hotel does have a lot of rooms. Walking distance to big shopping malls and has restaurants, 7-11's, massage shops, cafes and bars nearby.
TThodsaponIt’s a nice hotel, food location, but rooftop bar/restaurant doesn’t have a nice view as some other places. Also, there are 2 lifts only service a 39 floor building and you have to wait quite a bit when you’re trying to go up or down.
RRaymond172I choose this hotel because of location and the staff are very nice. The rooms are big enough but there is a very mouldy smell like old and you can’t get rid of it and there’s a balcony is not very clean. They don’t really clean it and is a pigeons **** on that balcony. overall is okay. I always ending up staying here because of the price
