Baoding Jingxiu District Hotels

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

第一次住這家酒店，今年新開業的，所以設施都很新。而且標間可以給拼床，成一個特大床，方便帶兩個小朋友的家庭入住。門口停車場，能停二十多輛車吧，後面好像還有個院子也能停車。 我訂的豪華商務房-雙床，這種房型在2層，帶一個挺大的户外平台，不過現在白天太熱，實際除了看着痛快一些，沒什麼作用，多一百塊錢房費。 進房間發現馬桶蓋子上有污漬沒有擦乾淨，自己給擦了燙了，所以這方面還是應該注意。 前台服務很好，有需要的東西衹要給前台打電話，都能馬上送來，這點不錯。但是客房服務員服務一般，也許正好我趕上這個不行。她在別的房間打掃，我從門口過在車上拿了兩瓶礦泉水，正好服務員出來，一臉不高興，我説我拿兩瓶礦泉水，結果一句話沒説瞪我一眼，我實在不能理解，她有什麼不痛快的事兒。所以我的好評是給前台服務的 早餐某音有團購，十幾塊錢一位，實際標價好像是88一位。 種類還行，但是味道一般，果汁像兑水的，牛奶像奶粉沏的，品質有待提高。

The hotel is located in Baoding High-tech Zone, with a quiet surrounding environment, beautiful greenery, and a bright and transparent lobby. Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and always answer questions with a smile. Seeing that we came from afar, they also upgraded our room considerately, especially before we left the hotel, they also gave us a small gift-mineral water. In the hot summer, it is nothing more than the best arrangement. The hotel lobby also provides guests with alcohol wipes, dental floss, iodine sticks, masks, clips and other daily necessities. There are also various teas, snacks, and candies for guests to taste while sitting. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Both the inside of the room and the surroundings of the hotel are very clean. Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very considerate. But in the hot weather, the lobby still insists on waiting until after May Day to turn on the air conditioner, which is really unsatisfactory. So many guests who have just checked out or are checking in are being scorched in the lobby. The hotel should adjust the air conditioning time according to the weather. Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. I hope the hotel can improve and truly consider the guests and hotel staff.

The hotel is considered a very good hotel in Baoding. It can be seen that the hotel is very attentive and the service is very considerate. Be sure to go to the 23rd floor to check in because you can see the beautiful view and lobby. It is also best to check out on the 23rd floor, as you will be given a souvenir~ You can also check out by yourself on the first floor. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was in a good location. It had the same view as the lobby, but the floor was a little lower. But when I came back at night, I happened to see the light show on the opposite floor, which was very nice. The room was very clean and cozy. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. And they also provide milk, fruits and minibar. I would also like to make two suggestions, hoping to do better: 1. There is a refrigerator in the room and a minibar, but the refrigerator does not dissipate heat well in the cabinet. When you open the cabinet, hot air comes out, and the cabinet door is hot. It feels like it is a safety hazard after a long time. 2. The hotel closes breakfast at 9:30, which is slightly earlier than a five-star hotel. Moreover, many items are gone before 9 o'clock. The bread and egg tarts are all empty and will not be replenished. This is better than that of a five-star hotel. It’s different~ but there is ice cream for breakfast, which is great! A very attentive hotel, I hope Baoding Banquet can do better! ~

整體而言，酒店同仁的服務態度非常熱情，這一點值得肯定。可能由於酒店剛剛開業不久，在專業細節的打磨上還有提升空間，相信日後會更加完善。例如，早餐區域的餐具衞生，特別是黃油刀的清潔。此外，客房的空調出現了輕微漏水的情況，能聽到滴水聲，建議進行日常的維護和檢修。總體來説，無論是客房服務、餐飲區的工作人員還是前台接待，大家都非常積極地在為客人提供服務，這一點令人印象深刻。期待酒店越做越好！
