Service: It was raining, and the parking attendant was very enthusiastic and offered an umbrella.
Environment: Clean, with a laundry room.

ZZhenlizaizhenAfter driving over 5,000 kilometers from Beijing, traveling through Jiangsu and Zhejiang and staying in numerous hotels with varying service and facilities, I found myself here on the way home. I experienced truly superior service, among the best I've encountered. I honestly can't find a single reason to give a bad review.
**Room Facilities:** Everything is new, and the toilet is smart.
**Bed:** The firmness is just right, extremely comfortable.
**WiFi:** Strong signal.
**Breakfast:** A wide variety of options, including a local specialty soup called 'beef chan.' The supervisor told me it's best enjoyed by dipping Youtiao (fried dough sticks) into it, which I promptly did, having two bowls with two Youtiao. You can also see the Ferris wheel from here, which is a nice touch!
**Value for Money:** Exceeded my expectations, and I believe it will exceed yours too.
Another highlight worth mentioning are the lovely ladies at the front desk. Their service awareness is exceptional, and they resolved issues smoothly. They recommended a local dish, 'stir-fried Dagon Chicken,' which was a bit rich but very tasty. They were also incredibly accommodating and responsive to all requests – they truly deserve a commendation.

The front desk and room service were super attentive, specially helped to decorate the room, the atmosphere was directly full, the details were full and not exaggerated, especially warm. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the service attitude was super good, and the whole process was intimate and thoughtful.
Thank you very much for the hotel's careful arrangement, so that this Valentine's Day has become particularly romantic, I highly recommend it to friends who have been to the anniversary and date, and will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserFacilities: The hall is decorated with a particularly literary atmosphere, a huge calligraphy work, the facilities in the room are very complete, very comfortable, there are some, although there are no windows, but not boring at all, the shower is very strong, powerful!
Hygienic: Good health, very clean, old hotel, entered the room and looked at the carpet very clean, no taste.
Environment: The external garden is very large, like a small park. It is introduced that there is a swimming pool and gym. The gym is really big. I took the room card and entered it. No one stopped it. It was good.
Service: The service is very good. It can be seen that they are attentive in the service. There are many reminder cards. Everyone they meet is enthusiastic to say hello to you. I am most afraid that I can't find the room when I enter the hotel. The cleaning sister here is very enthusiastic and took me to the door of the room. All aspects are very good.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything is clean, with comfortable bedding. I slept so peacefully the whole night. [Strong][Strong][Strong]
