GGuest UserI didn’t expect there to be such a user-friendly hotel in She County. 1) The front desk of the hotel saw our family of three traveling and temporarily upgraded our room. 2) The sweet potatoes provided for free in the lobby were very sweet; 3) Each room is equipped with a disinfection cabinet! And the towels have been placed inside for disinfection! There are very few hotels with disinfection cabinets ~ 4) The hotel has a laundry room and dryer, which makes washing clothes very convenient ~ 5) The rooms are full of smart appliances, and you can watch cartoons on the large-screen TV. The children have a great time playing , refused to leave when checking out; 6) The room is equipped with a massage chair, which is really refreshing after returning from the trip. 7) The waiter responded very quickly and provided everything I asked for quickly ~ of course it was a robot doing errands ~

The decoration is the wooden style, simple atmosphere
The incense type used in the room is wooden, a bit similar to the TF ebony agar, which is a taste I like very much.
The boss (?) and the housekeeper at the front desk were very, very nice. There were some small problems on the room equipment, but the professionalism and problem-solving attitude of the two people in the end were very appreciated.
I have been to many countries and have stayed in many very good hotels. I personally feel that this service is worth a 5-star ⭐, and the flaws are not concealed.
Surprisingly, the hotel presented travel photography, the photography lady Lisa is very professional, and the family blessing that has been missed has been realized in Huizhou.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel with clean and well furnished rooms and close to Huizhou ancient city. The parling was closed and breakfast restaurant was closed due to recent flood. The staff asked me to cancel my booking and rebook cheaper rooms because they cannot provide breakfast. I insisted on taking breakfast somewher nearby. She showed me a picture of a simple breakfast and siad it could be delivered to rooms. If something like this happens in other hotels, they would offer room upgrade or some kind of compensation. Asking the guest to cancel and rebook is absurd. It was also impossible to connect to Wife if you do not have a Chinese number. She didn't tell me this for an hour. All in all the service attitude was quite poor despite excellent rooms. What a pity!

VVegan in ChinaI would travel back to Huizhou JUST to stay at this Homestay again! Like many of the reviews, the host, 汪新 Wangxin is incredibly kind and has a wonderful traveller's spirit. She speaks great English which is a rare luxury in these parts, and gives great recommendations! I was here filming for social media and she even set up a meeting for me with tourism board officials, really going out of her way. They also offered me a lunch for free and upgraded my room when I spoke Chinese 😜. The room itself is simple but comfy, and I absolutely adored the rooftop and lobby decorations! If you travel for the people (and kittiea!) over the attractions, this is a must visit!

GGuest UserBringing my kids for a study tour to Huizhou and choosing Xin'an Hotel was such a stress-free experience! The hotel is close to the ancient city, so we could easily walk to immerse ourselves in Huizhou culture. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making meals super convenient. The room was clean and safe, no hygiene worries at all. The bedding was soft, and there was enough space for the kids to move around. The staff were especially friendly towards children, and there was dedicated staff to look after parking, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Both the cleanliness and location were impeccable.

GGuest UserThis is a legendary paradise. By chance, I booked this B&B on Ctrip. From the moment I got off the boat to the island, the surprises never stopped. The bridges and flowing water in my imagination and the tree houses in fairy tales were all there. It was beautifully displayed in front of me. After staying here for four days and three nights, I still reluctant to leave. Is it because of the youthful and energetic service, the extremely comfortable big bed, or the delicious food from the chef? Anyway, I am a person who keeps the same weight all year round, but I gained three pounds here in four days, which is really a record! I have been to the Bird's Nest in Sanya before, and the experience was nothing special. However, Jiangshen Caoge left a profound impression on me. Everything was just right and impeccable. I once thought this place was managed by a group. , and later I asked the staff whether it was true, so I felt that the boss must be a caring person, which makes this place feel so warm and relaxing. Thanks to all the employees here. Their service is based on the customer's consideration. Because my husband's foot was injured and it was inconvenient to go to surrounding towns, the buyer helped us buy food and medicine, and delivered them early in the morning before leaving. A big brother helped us carry our luggage until we were put on the boat. The chef's skills have never been forgotten to this day. It made me, a northerner who went to Anhui for the first time, feel the enthusiasm and hospitality of Anhui people. I think I will do it in the future. GGuest UserI want to go back to this guesthouse again after my first visit. I stumbled upon it on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). I was hoping to see the stars, but a sudden downpour dampened my hopes. However, my parents were very satisfied. Although we didn't see the stars, the scenery was still beautiful, and there were even play facilities for the children! The owner's cooking was also excellent, definitely worth a visit. Even in the heavy rain, I saw the owner driving out to pick up guests – so welcoming! ❤️🔥 The young owner is really stylish; I suggest giving him a salary. The guesthouse is large and beautiful. Next time, I'll definitely go again to see the stars! Apparently, you can even see the Milky Way 🌌. Everyone, from the elderly to children and young adults, was very satisfied; it was worth the 6-hour drive! 🚗
