Taoyuan Hotels with Bars

This time I stayed in the older building (the one with the check-in counter). The room was a bit bigger than the new building, but the equipment was relatively old, the TV was very small, and the toilet was not a bidet.

The location is great. However the sound proofing isn’t the best. We requested higher floor and quieter corner. But we can clearly heard next door neighbor screaming and their kids running throughout the night. Would not recommend it again as the price we pay didn’t meet our expectation.

a 5 star hotel but feels pretty basic like 3 star. some distance from mrt station. location a bit far. looks porch but a bit lower than expectation for a 5 star. comes with spa but is actually sauna. pool is closed in dec. have gym but didnt go. room has no de humidifier. no hair conditioner. could have better tea in room. towels look a bit dark (off white). just a large bathroom.

hotel itself was very clean and posh, snacks and drinks in the room were all complimentary. loved the location as the train station itself had express line and commuter line making it easy for me to get to the airport and to NTSU Arena for concerts, would definitely book here again in future! there is 7-11 nearby and a 24hour carrefour within walking distance.

The housekeeping didn't come to make up the room carefully, she did knock on the door when I was poo poo, and I said to wait for a second. Then the housekeeper left two bottles of drinking water at the door until I came back from Jiu Fen Old Street, crazy right, I stayed in Taoyuan and went to Jiu Fen. I know. Yeah, after I came back, my room still didn't make up, and the trust was still there. Anyway. Buy the location is good, for me easy to the Taoyuan Airport.

The Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan was an excellent getaway. The property is a little bit o it of the way, but it was well worth the trip. The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Lots of Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

An excellent hotel with great services. The hotel is very near to Taoyuan airport. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good and there are lots of varieties. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Taoyuan HSR which is jus in front of the Gloria outlet and Xpark. The shuttle bus also drops/pick up at the airport which is excellent.

The front desk clerk was polite and answered all questions. I booked a snoopy room, but the bedsheets and quilts in the room were not snoopy. It was really disappointing. We only came to this hotel for one night just for the snoopy. The price was already very expensive and it was not worth it. Except for a large piece of glass with a snoopy on it, the other equipment has no snoopy and I don’t know what kind of snoopy room this is. The snoopy shop on the 3rd floor is very beautiful, but the prices of the goods are a bit high, there are too many check-in points, and the gashapon machines are a bit bad. They should all be for twisting out snoopy dolls. Some of them will twist out other non-snoopy dolls, which is a bit disappointing. . The breakfast tastes good, but the variety is a little lacking. The poached eggs do not taste good at all if they are cooked and placed in an insulator. They have to be boiled and eaten immediately to taste.

We used Apple Navigation to get to the hotel. The road we took might not be the smoothest, it was narrow and not easy to drive on, but it felt like we were heading to a paradise, quite like a vacation, and I was in a good mood. When checking in/out and participating in hotel activities (fishing, game play, etc.), the hotel staff were very friendly in their responses and explanations. Even if you didn't understand clearly and asked for it to be repeated, they would not be impatient. There are no other buildings near the hotel, so we had dinner directly in the hotel. The food was delicious. My 3-year-old son's appetite has not been so good recently, so he ate three bowls of vegetable rice in one go. It was great! Later, seeing the braised pork with steamed corn bread stimulated my appetite again. I even walked around the table ten times just to have one more bite, which made me happy. There is a hot spring pool in the room, so I could soak in it for at least an hour on both days, which was very comfortable. The next day we played baseball on the lawn and didn't return the equipment until three in the afternoon. The hotel was very generous in lending us the amusement equipment.

”The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of fresh and healthy plenty choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The staffs were always motivated to help us, staff are all friendly. But on the other side, is the swimming pool, I didn’t enjoy that much because a lot of people there. Pool was not really big . Can’t relax that much children and parents are shouting. But I really enjoyed private hot spring.
