So your stuff is safe and locked, but you have to leave the room to retrieve it. A plus is there is a common space. Also a kitchen for you to cook your own meal! It’s also close to station! I just hope they retain the affordable price as it is now."

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, and the infrastructure was decent. For a single room, I had to strategically position my 24-inch suitcase to open it fully. My room faced a small street, which could get quite noisy until 2 AM sometimes.

GGuest UserOne of my best accommodation experiences so far! Outstanding location, the most professional staff, great rooftop together with bar, chill area and a swimming pool. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfasts varied, fresh and very tasty, served until noon. We felt great there, greeted not only by outstanding receptionists, but also cleaning service or people serving the breakfast. Our point of contact was usually Javier and he made us feel very welcomed- extremely professional, nice and well mannered person! In case I will come back to Malaga- I will definitely choose Room Mate Valeria.

Ssusu sinyindont stay here, better option, there are alot hostel nearby, 1st you need down payment for a dryer if you shower, then you need to return hair dryer in 1 hour, and the front desk is always busy and pack with guests where makes everything so slow. there is no hanger or hook for you to hang your clothes if you shower, this is crazy right, kitchen and common area at firstfloor, 1 more, which is not hotel fault, but a guest in my room keep ask me to switch off my light from my bunk, thats not related to him at all, but he keep saying why you study at night, in fact the lights in room already off, thats just my own bunk, so it left me bad memory there. no baggage storage. but the 1 toc in Seville is better.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy.
The only small improvement I would suggest is having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who enjoy a hot drink in the room.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThe location is good, right on the old street. It's very convenient to get in and out. It's clean and modernly decorated. You can see the sea view from the side. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, which is very suitable for traveling with children.

GGuest UserEverything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

꽃꽃이파리The staff is very friendly and the location is good. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a triple room?? I booked a room without a view, and I understand that there is no view, but the window could not be opened properly. During quarantine during the corona period, the window opens just enough to let in air. Also, there is an opaque sheet on the window, so it feels like I am in a motel, not a hotel. The staff was very friendly, but why,,, again???ㅎㅎ

MMaximilianoFor a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping.
