SShirley DrummondWe had the most wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, great location. Superb breakfast. Spent a couple of days just chilling by the pool - fabulous lounge area.
Thank you for recommendations of beaches to visit and making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to return and certainly will be recommending the hotel to friends.

GGuest UserFantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top.
The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge.
There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step.
The food was good with a choice for everyone.
There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around.
There's a nice easily accessible pool,

HHymn_An excellent location to have a great view of the port and walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions within the city. Very kind and friendly staff who were helpful in every way we could ask for. And some rooms at the top have ceiling windows and on clear nights, you could stargaze from your room 🖤

PPhilipenghoeyHotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation.
Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.

GGuest UserGenerally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

GGuest UserThere was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

La chambre était spacieuse, le balcon agréable avec une belle vue, petit bémol pour le lit king size qui est en fait 2 lits rassemblés et les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains sans VMC. Petit coin cuisine avec le minimum pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, que ce soit le petit déjeuner que le diner, avec notamment 1 poisson grillé tous les soirs.
La piscine avec ses 3 bassins est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais non chauffé.
Toutes les salles, restaurant, bar, terrasse et les extérieurs sont très propres et agréables. Etablissement à conseiller.

GGuest UserI love the place. Great location, right next to the beach, and walking distance from Cala en Bosc district with bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful and the sunbathing area was huge. Love the breakfast buffet too!

GGuest UserThe staff made it a great experience. Good variety for the food and general ambiance was great! Lots of amenities but the spa and changing room looked a little dated and tired, so did the corridors. The room was also very simple and bed quite squeaky, which were disappointing. Loved that they offered showers on the day we left!
