The Grand Hotel de lOpera, symbol of art de vivre is nowadays one of the most famous hotels in Toulouse. Two years later, Rouleau Hotellerie acquires the Grand Hotel de lOpera, gives it a fully new direction and restores the hotel to its full splendor.
