Luwansa is a good option if you want a clean and comfortable stay in Manado. The location is easy to access and close to main areas. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Staff were polite and quick to assist. Breakfast had a fair selection and tasted good. The pool area was clean and relaxing. A few small details could be improved, but overall, itâs a solid mid-range hotel with good value.

many good things but somethings to be reviewed like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared

This place was serviceable and gave us no problems. It had an efficient check-in process as well as a utilitarian, modernist-frontier settlement going on. The shower could have used an upgrade, but overall this did what it needed to do.

This hotel is quite nice, with friendly service. I tried the tuna fish menu, the portion was like eating a steak of tuna fish. Maybe when I travel to Manado, I will stay here again.
