hicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

The hotel is located in an upscale area ”up in the hills,” not far from the marina and the seaside promenade. The hotel itself is impeccable, but personally, I feel that none of the Fairmont hotels I've stayed at have had a truly surprising breakfast.

Guest UserVery good hotel has excellent location, customer service reception staff at check in was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent the breakfast was very good fresh offered many choices and the staff from the restaurant manager to waiters were excellent. They welcomed every day with a nice smile and remembered your choice of tea coffee. Manager Abdel Moughit and all staff, Karim, Youssra and Azize were excellent. Thank you guys for making this stay very good.

It's a magnificent hotel. The service is exceptional; they are always willing to help you with anything you need. They even printed my tickets, called a taxi to the airport, and offered to store my luggage until the taxi arrived.
Thank you so much! If we return to Tangier, we will definitely stay here again. 🤗

The staff is incredibly friendly and made my stay as easy as possible.
The rooms with mountain views can be a bit noisy as the road passes right below.
The rooms with sea views are much quieter.
The breakfast was varied and delicious.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
I would definitely return.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was near the medina and walking distance to restaurants, the medina and kasbah. Beautiful terrace for a drink as well as a piano bar. They also let me see the room that Matisse used to stay in.

The room definitely needs some renovations. The parquet flooring at the entrance is damp and crumbling, the shower head is leaking, and the extra breakfast was a bit disappointing when we didn't get scrambled eggs, and many other items were already out of stock. The pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so we missed it. Overall, it's a decent option for the price. There are a lot of beggars along the way from the train station, though, so beware.

Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

The Tanjah Flandria Hotel is a beautiful establishment with a charming and welcoming breakfast room. Breakfast itself was a delight every morning. The staff was very professional in all key positions. It's very well located, right in the city center and close to all the interesting sites, including the sea, the medina, and the Librairie des Colonnes bookstore, where I made several purchases thanks to the excellent advice of the perfectly fluent French-speaking bookseller. The Tanjah Flandria is also at the heart of current events, with the large number of festival-goers on one side and young people demonstrating peacefully as they passed under my balcony on the other. I loved my stay; it was very warm and lively.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
