Нас встретил приятный молодой человек, который помог быстро заселиться и показал специальные бесплатные парковочные места, выделенные именно для гостей этих апартаментов. Для тех, кто путешествует на машине, это огромный плюс! Номер действительно просторный. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для быта и отдыха. Чисто, аккуратно, продумано. Отдельный плюс — просторный балкон. Отличное место для вечерних посиделок или просто чтобы подышать воздухом. Апартаменты отлично подходят как для кратковременного визита (туризм, командировка), так и для длительного проживания. Чувствуешь себя по-домашнему.

Modern hotel with good service. Staff are polite and responsive; drivers have taken to the station free of charge when they have not been able to order a taxi by phone. Breakfast was served at the table: omlet with vegetables, fresh fruit in cutting, juice, coffee or tea. In the room everything works well: air conditioning, good lighting, mini-fridge, TV.

Okay, so this hotel is in the middle of old city Medina district, which is its real charm. I had come here to explore this district and for that the location can't be beat. I had help finding the place from a kind local that I had met on the ferry from Tarifa. Its not far from the terminal, but it would be challenging uphill walk in a crowded market for someone not familiar with Morocco. The hotel rooms are basic, but adequate. The place could really use some ceiling fans, because it was hot and stuffy and sadly the windows had no screens. For this reason, airflow was an issue up on the fourth floor for me. That said, the service was good and friendly. If you think a giant traditional maze-like Morrocan market sounds interesting, then this is a good place to stay. There are great cafe's just downstairs for coffee and tea drinkers!

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the guy at the front desk, who speaks fluent English and gave us a lot of local travel tips. There are a variety of breakfasts, and Moroccan traditional pancakes and mint tea are especially recommended! The terrace on the top floor has a great view, overlooking the sunset at the port of Tangier, and it is a great place to take photos. In addition, this trip to Morocco was made thanks to the arrangement of the tour guide ** Xiaolin**. The itinerary was reasonable, the explanation was professional, and he took us to eat a lot of authentic food. Отель чистый, светлый и очень приятный. У нас был достаточно просторный номер для трёх человек — чистый, со шкафом и тумбами, так что вещи было удобно разместить. Туалет находился отдельно от номера, но был только для нашего использования и тоже достаточно просторный. Расположение удобное: около пяти минут пешком до Grand Socco, то есть практически самый центр. С чемоданом по Медине немного пройтись всё же придётся, но недолго. При этом ночью было тихо, что особенно порадовало. Очень понравился завтрак на террасе с красивым видом сверху на Медину — отличное место для начала дня. Wi-Fi в нашей комнате ловил довольно слабо, поэтому я в основном пользовалась мобильным интернетом. Кондиционера, кажется, не было, но нам и без него было комфортно. При оплате возник небольшой вопрос с расчётом городского налога — в бронировании и на месте сумма рассчитывалась по-разному. Не могу сказать, на чьей стороне была ошибка, но администратор отнёсся к ситуации спокойно и доброжелательно. Вообще он был очень приветливым, мы немного пообщались, и он оставил приятное впечатление. В целом от проживания остались хорошие впечатления, я бы рекомендовала этот отель.

Very well located hotel, the rooms are a bit old, the bathtub is a bit high, I am 1.68 and it was difficult for me to get in and out. Very friendly

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Medina. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Due to the low occupancy, a set menu with many choices was offered for dinner instead of a buffet. I would have appreciated better communication between the staff and the kitchen, so that the next course wouldn't get cold until the previous one was finished. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, especially if you need a temporary hotel before continuing your journey.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

I stayed in these apartments for two days in April 2026. I'm glad I chose Lalla Radia and the room of the same name, which is on the 4th floor. The room has a panoramic window, from which the street photos you see when booking are taken. This room is the only one with a kitchen. The shower floor is not perfect; the quartz-vinyl tiles are peeling in places. The sea is visible from the roof, where there are tables for breakfast. However, I didn't see a pool there. The apartment's location is ideal – near the medina wall, halfway to the fortress and its museums. On the ground floor of the building there is an excellent restaurant and a bakery/pastry shop. The key collection was well organized, and the young man was very friendly and spoke fluent English.
