GGuest UserIt was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserMarriott managed hotel is really good, the whole lobby is decorated in British style! The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, the guests are treated like family and can only speak English. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station

GGuest UserHotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel ”Boston Marriot Cambridge” just above the MBTA station.
Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

11360308****I came to Boston with my children, primarily to visit Harvard University and soak in the atmosphere of such a prestigious institution. Boston itself is a historic city, home to many world-class universities, and definitely worth experiencing.

GGuest UserHotel was in an ideal location - near restaurants. The staff were friendly and courteous. Amenities were sufficient. Our assigned room was good sized and comfortable. However, I didn’t think our bathroom was cleaned well enough - a couple of hair remnants of previous hotel guests was found on the shower wall and on the floor.
Hopefully, they can do better next time. I won’t mind returning to this hotel in the future.

乐乐More than 40 minutes away from Boston by car, but there are supermarkets for eating near the hotel. The large conference center is actually quite convenient. In the United States, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the room design is good, and the stay is satisfactory!

LLamSecond time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

GGabriella AAlthough the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!
