Amazing
HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!
TTototunVery artsy hotel with art deco(?) details and style. Surprisingly, this hotel was built not so long ago. The decor had me fooled. haha. Room was pretty small, my room type had inward facing balcony with glass sliding doors. Pretty annoying as guests walking the elevator corridor could see into your rooms. Welcome drink was a hot choco! Breakfast hall was huge and pretty, with varied options. Tasted so-so tho (pretty disappointed with the taste, but the view and the interior was eye-pleasing so there's that). Coffee was good as always (you're in Vietnam!). Tried out their bar (Absinthe), which was listed as 'award-winning' or Asia's Top XX Bar (forget by which platform) to be disappointed with the drink collection. Cocktails were subpar at best. The hotel offers discounted VIP pass tickets to the Sunworld Fansipan area, you can purchase it at the front desk. Indoor pool was pretty but very humid (its a warm water pool). Directly connected to the Sapa Station, near shops and eateries. Pretty far from the actual Sapa market (Cho) and the lake. Overall an ok stay.
GGuest UserStayed one night at KK Sapa Hotel. We were dropped off at the back of the KK Sapa hotel at level 15. Without knowing the hotel reception lobby was on the first floor. The view from level 15 is amazing as we can see the whole Fansipan view when it is clear. We checked in at level 1 but were told to come back by 2pm. They welcomed us with warm tea. The lobby is spacious with a cosy sofa. The room given to us was at level 14 and directly facing the Fansipan view. Opposite my room was the indoor swimming pool and gym. The room is spacious and very cosy. Strong shower pressure. Strong wifi connection. Cosy beds and a huge tv with lots of TV channels. The hotel itself is walkable to the Sapa town via level 15. We took about 15mins slow walk to reach Sapa city with most of the journey on a flat road. But the road is very narrowed as two cars passing each other making pedestrians walk almost non-existent. We pretty much enjoyed our stay at this hotel . I will definitely recommend staying at this hote.l
AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at Pistachio Hotel & Spa in Sapa! The experience was truly elevated thanks to Miss Chung from customer service. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain and guide us on how to get to nearby attractions, which made our trip so much smoother and enjoyable.
On top of that, she thoughtfully arranged a high-floor room with a stunning mountain view for us — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable!
Her warm hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Miss Chung for going above and beyond to make our stay special!
GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ
But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!
DDistruptivenomadI booked it for an amazing view and I got the view. The breakfast was so so,but better than nothing, considering it was the ***** NY and there were no other options. The room was clean, but not spotless. Also I assume they refurbish part of the hotel and they did inform, however, due to the fact that there is no wall between rooms and reception you can hear everything,so soundproofing is nonexistent. Additionally,I understand, they are busy, but after checkout there were ppl sitting in the lobby, and after and hour or 2 the concierge started approaching everyone, asking if they checked out,and it did feel like he was trying to kick out everyone who already checked out as the lobby was busy,I mean he had a point, but it did leave a bad impression.kettle was not clean, which again if addressed may been replaced, but what about checking it before?
HhakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.
PPupaeBWe stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. The location is close to many important and beautiful places. We loved it so much that we could walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they were very helpful. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room had a view of the city center, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this place. You'll love it.

Very Good
RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨
The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!!
This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍
Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville!
They have also hair blower, iron for the clothes you can ask, hot/cold showers!🥰
RRobertVery nicely located complex with great panorama over The Valley and the Mount Fansipan. Rooms large and designed accordingly the landscape. Staff friendly and helpful. But breakfast is a catastrophy: not enough tables, dirty because of too much people.
