Pet Friendly Hotels in Sapa

Wonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Sapa Station and Sapa Square, and about 10 minutes to Sapa Lake. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was simple but substantial and tasted good. The room was generally clean, but the shower holder was broken, so I had to hold the showerhead by hand. I woke up at 6 AM and went to the balcony to look out, and saw a sea of clouds – it was so amazing!

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the price matches the quality. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the portions were generous. Simple, but filling and tasty. The room on the first floor is spacious, but has no windows. This wasn't a problem for us. There's a countertop with a separate sink. There is a TV, but it doesn't work. There's one serious drawback: when guests on the second floor take a shower, the sewage pipe leaks heavily, making it impossible to use the toilet at that time. Water from the pipe flows directly onto the toilet. And the second drawback is poor soundproofing. Initially, we were given a room on the second floor, but it was very cramped. At our request, they gave us a room on the first floor, which was apparently the only one available. We got this specific room, maybe other rooms are better.

We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, decor xinh xắn nên chụp góc nào cũng đẹp. Chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ lúc check-in đến khi rời đi. Điểm cộng lớn là không khí yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ dưỡng và “reset” lại năng lượng. Nếu có dịp quay lại SaPa, mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi này

This is a good hotel located near a main street in Sapa, although it was a bit difficult to find due to poor signage. However, the response time via WhatsApp was very fast and helpful. The place itself is very nice, with a cozy boho design and a million-dollar view from the window. I felt really relaxed staying there such a chill atmosphere in beautiful Sapa. One thing to note: it’s better not to bring large luggage, as there’s no elevator and no one to assist with carrying bags. It wasn’t an issue for us since we enjoy a bit of exercise 🤣 Overall, a lovely stay with great vibes!

Objectively speaking, the hotel is very general. At that time, I wanted to find a hotel on the lakeside to see the calm lake. It is indeed the lake opposite. The hotel is too old. I am sorry for the title of four stars. It is possible that this foreigner likes this retro. Mainly the price issue, personally think that it is not worthwhile to choose this hotel. The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! So the benevolent sees the wise and sees wisdom! For a long time, I suddenly came to the hotel, so I remind you by the way.

service here is very good, customer service fast and nice, soft out problem immediately. Big room , provide everything things we need, good location , easy to go everywhere we like. we satisfied to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious and very affordable. Since Sapa can get quite cold, I really appreciated that the room came with both a heater and an electric mat (heated blanket), making the stay very cozy. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure guests are comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and unlike some other hotels where you have to buy extra water, they provide free bottled water here. The location is also perfect—very central and convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sapa. 100% recommended!

Room was huge enough. Attended by Mike. Friendly guy easy to communicate having good command of english. Amenities are great and breakfast provided. Location distance away from Sapa Town in 600-700m
