HeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

QuqimamaThe hotel's location is super convenient, and the room size is decent, with a small balcony in every room. However, the duvet was way too warm, and even with the AC set to 20 degrees Celsius, it didn't feel cool enough – I'd wake up feeling hot at night. Also, the swimming pool water wasn't very clean; I only swam once and didn't dare go in again. On the upside, the hotel breakfast was really good! 👍

hakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Saveliy40The hotel is great - clean, with good staff. There's an outdoor pool with a beautiful view of the house, but it's cold (it's a shame it's not heated). There's also an indoor one, which is warm. The view from the pool is lovely, but we often had clouds and fog. The location is central and very convenient. The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is super - the banana pancakes are the best! I recommend this hotel.

HazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Guest UserA good, clean, and quiet hotel.
Here’s what stood out:
- Fresh and clean rooms + new plumbing.
- Excellent valley views (if your windows face that way).
- Extremely accommodating staff (they tried to resolve issues and even allowed our friends to use the pool).
- Lots of beautiful butterflies flying nearby.
Things that were 50/50:
- Hotel location:
It's a bit far from the city center, up on a hill. This makes it quiet and free from smells, but you’ll need to take a taxi or scooter for about 7-10 minutes to get to the center.
- Good breakfasts: They can make fresh scrambled eggs/omelets or soup. However, if you stay longer than 5 days, it might get repetitive.
- Open and cool pool: But there might not be enough sun loungers, as there are only 6 available.
- Only some of the staff spoke English.
What I didn't like:
- No currency exchange.
- No spa.
- After breakfast hours, the hotel restaurant and bar are open for orders, but half of the cocktails weren't available due to a lack of alcohol (they were out of 3 types of rum).

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Tien Ern WoonThe host was super friendly and provided superb hospitality. Offered us luggage storage before checking in and after checking out without charging anything, super grateful for their service. They also offer a simple bathroom for cleaning up before collecting luggage back for fre. Extremely recommended !sorry for the irrelevant photo.

Very nicely located complex with great panorama over The Valley and the Mount Fansipan. Rooms large and designed accordingly the landscape. Staff friendly and helpful. But breakfast is a catastrophy: not enough tables, dirty because of too much people.

Maxx Steela budget hotel that deserves a review..
very affordable but the view in this hotel is amazing…so book a room with a street view…it is also just a walk away from the Inter Bus drop-off area…so when you arrive in Sapa you dont have to book a taxi…also Sapa Lake…and it is near Sapa Market and Sapa Night Market…though it is a budget hotel it has an elevator
