I have requested a room in higher floor, far from lift. However I was allocated a room on 1st floor next to lift. The noise in the corridors is loud and some you can hear clearly in late night. Also you can see nothing through the window as it is a wall outside the window. The view is quite bad as you can’t see anything.
The location is good, close to Espanya underground station. Airport shuttle bus stop is outside hotel as well. A good restaurant is 1-min walk from hotel. The reception lady and gentleman are very good apart from one wearing glasses. Room service is done pretty well and it is clean. Shower water is hot and strong, which is good. Free luggage storage.

Very close to plaza espanya.
A lot of bars around.
But the soundproof of the room is really bad.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Barcelona. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The pool although quite small was a very welcome addition in the heat!
Would definitely recommend this Hotel as a good base for exploring the city.

Very convenient location to walk to centre in 15 mins and catch Airport bus as well. Very helpful reception staff with useful local knowledge.

When I read that the soundproofing was bad, I just didn't understand how bad it was. I could hear my neighbors' curtains moving.
The hotel is modern in design, but on the very first evening one of the main room lights fell off, I went to the reception, to which they told me that "it happens, it's nothing to worry about." At the same time, one of the switches started to creak, and after 3 days all this lighting, which is the main source of energy, stopped working.
With all this, the hotel is clean, the staff is polite, I am very happy with the balcony in the room, which overlooked Tibetabao. If it weren't for the problems with light and sound, I could safely recommend this hotel
