Upon arrival, my stay quickly turned into a nightmare. The room assigned to me was infested with cockroaches, making it completely uninhabitable. This is an unacceptable condition for any guest to endure, as it poses serious health risks and a significant breach of basic hygiene standards.
I immediately contacted the reception to address the issue and requested a room change. Unfortunately, my request was met with refusal. Furthermore, I was also denied a refund for both the room charges and the tourism tax, despite having spent only a few minutes in the room due to the intolerable conditions.

to the Israelis
Unfortunately, due to the security situation, the flight was postponed on the day. We had to arrive one night late
We were informed about this on the same day at 14:00 both by mail and by phone.
Unfortunately, there was no consideration, no partial refund, no compensation, .. the owners stuck to the cancellation rules and since we were informed after the legal cancellation time they were not willing to consider.
